@lifeisblank21 That makes sense. It sounds like CAPR regrets selling US rights to Nippon and wants to renege

@NoseRubInvest To me it sounds like- Nippon really isn't putting in the work and Capricor trying to amend/get out of contract here. and it sounds like they're trying to use the Medicare reimbursement + the "this is terrible for DMD patients" as the excuse

$ALLO nice delta in MRD- rate, and the 97.7% decrease in ctDNA across all patients (vs 26.6% increase in control arm) suggests that even MRD+ patients will have delayed relapse. Hard for me to imagine this trial doesn't hit on EFS, and probably at the first interim.

Have to admit I’d be quite mad if I was a patient with HD and saw MM touting how fast they are moving to approve new drugs for a disease where you already have multiple drugs already approved and which can be mitigated by lifestyle intervention…

@pemulisking No thanks. I'm starting my own company where the idea is the drug takes so long to work that you could never run a randomized trial bc that would be unethical ofc. So FDA should approve TODAY since patients are suffering

Starting a company--the plan is to go after a really bad disease, with an intervention so invasive that we'll argue that we can never run a properly controlled study. Who wants to fund it? R&D costs are minimal, but we'll need a lot for advocacy and lobbying.

@Sanctuary_Bio A placebo controlled n=400 trial in Huntington's? Isn't this an impossible trial to do, will take forever, and incredibly unethical according to $QURE? I thought only n=17 external control trials were acceptable...

If you are thinking about buying $QURE here, just keep in mind that Skyhawk will read their phase 2/3 out in 3ish years. If that is positive, nothing QURE shows will matter. I didnt make the rules

$OCUL So if you give AXPXLI you will need to monitor who are those 17% of patients that have slow BCVA loss then the others. You will anyway need to come to the office often for monitoring. So how does it help patients with less burden? Instead, you can administrate HD Eylea and "chill". If I was a doc I would be stressed all the time to be sure that my patients are not loosing sight.

@AppleHelix omg it's so good! Feels exactly like when GoT season 1 came out. I watched both seasons of House of the Dragon and I can't remember anything that happened. I can't stop thinking about the latest episode of Knight of the Seven Kingdoms!

@Lord_of_Biotech @Sanctuary_Bio @Biotenic Totally. I don't understand why anyone would be short a CVR when you can't cover. I own ~1% of outstanding and I'm lending all so they must really wanted to short it?

@NoseRubInvest @Sanctuary_Bio @Biotenic Also had this in some of my CVRs, but sometimes it disappears after some months, quite stupid and do not know how that goes as they are struck esentially in this CVR short. Had it with $JNCE, but after some months the borrow ended.

$RZLT I think the takeaway is that once the convo shifts to “is it gonna be up?”… run. Nothing in this space is enough of a given to take on say +20%/-90% skew, or potentially even worse

@Sanctuary_Bio @Lord_of_Biotech @Biotenic The ultimate diamond hands. I looked recently and there's someone borrowing one of my CVRs. They're worth $0.20 rn and bc of rounding up rules they're effectively paying 10% borrow for at least 3 years. Guess who gets $18/day doing nothing 😎

I don’t really understand the options pricing for $QURE. You can buy the common, and if the FDA stuff doesn’t work out, you get a 60% haircut (at least). Or you can buy Jan ‘28 30/70C, risk a 100% loss, but gain 5.5x on FDA approval. Harder to imagine the common at 180, IMO…
