Initially, I'm not feeling the new lottery/tanking system (unofficial, but expected to be in place). I understand and get the logic of aprons and can argue why they're needed. Feels like these tanking rules are cross purpose. I like to be wrong though, so TBD

Historic run for Glen Taylor: 30 years, but only 2 seasons with a playoff series win. Plus, no NBA Finals appearances, a huge scandal (Joe Smith), a slew of truly horrible trades/signings/hirings, and in the end, he couldn’t even sell the T-Wolves correctly. He’ll be missed.

Car-Free JFK Promenade had its car striping removed, marking an end to the street as one for cars — and cementing it as a street for people — and removing the scars that were created when policymakers chose to encourage cut-through traffic in a park. This is worth celebrating ❤️

Late #bikride today, I haven’t been out here for while, but it’s one of my favorite views.

@LukeBornheimer We need "Bike freeways" so people can truly use bikes for transportation not just exercise. They need to connect neighborhoods to the downtown core and be separated from cars with physical barriers, the bike lanes on San Jose that connect to Glen Park are a great example.
