@ivychat @sepinwall I always figured it was some sort of money laundering / RICO charge & he skipped bail cause if he stayed to face charges Serrano would expect him to turn state's evidence in exchange for a plea. So just by mere fact of him running he was hoping Serrano wouldn't come after him.

@sepinwall I still don’t understand what charge Mardukis had skipped out on to warrant his bail jumping. I guess he was afraid to show up for that hearing thinking (correctly) Serrano would have him killed.
