I can’t imagine putting anyone on this dosage. With Tirzepatide available and soon enough Retatrutide, Semaglutide should hardly be a consideration.

BPC-157 & TB-500 BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a protein in gastric juice, known for its regenerative properties BPC-157 is currently being styled to see if it can promote healing of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and the gut. Also being studied for injury recovery, joint repair, and reducing inflammation for research participants TB-500 is a synthetic version of thymosin beta-4, a protein that promotes tissue repair and reduces inflammation TB-500 is currently being studied to see if it can enhance recovery from injuries, improves flexibility, and supports muscle repair. Currently being studied on athletes suffering from chronic injuries

Don't let it be optional. You have to follow through on the things you say you'll do, or your own word means nothing to yourself anymore. The gym is a great way to express that multiple times a week. Everyone has days when they have a million reasons not to get a workout in, and that's when you need to show up and scum through it and do your best.

Starting your day with gratitude is key to success. We get caught up in pace, elevation, logging every piece of food, weight lifted etc. Make time for non of that and just get outside and be. Yes I do this with a ruck, I’m not perfect 😀

@DutchRojas Post MI doc ordered some special stress test. Came back my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Shouldn’t we do a regular stress test? No we are good. I had said stress test elsewhere. Wild shit.

The most dangerous phrase in American healthcare isn’t “we need to run more tests.” It’s “your insurance should cover that.”

Day 20 of building KaufCare. Getting closer. Electric done. Painting and floors next. Ordering everything imaginable from McKesson. So much to do! Opening our first location in less than a month in Denver!

If hospitals can own physicians why can't physicians own hospitals? GKS
PaleOncologist@JOSEPHM45075332

@FAHhospitals “Self referral” is what hospitals make their employed physicians do, all the time. If avoiding conflict of interest is so important, we should end hospitals employing physicians and restore physician’s independence Don’t you agree?

Everyone argues about peptide delivery (so here’s the truth): Your digestive system destroys peptides before they reach receptors: 1. Oral / liposomal: very low absorption (broken down by stomach acid and digestive enzymes) 2. Intranasal: moderate, variable absorption (bypasses digestion but depends on formulation and nasal tissue) 3. Injectable: highest and most consistent absorption (direct entry into circulation; research standard) This is why every real peptide study uses injections ;)
Michael Morelli@morellifit

Everyone argues about which peptide is best, but nobody talks about delivery forms (injectables, oral, nasal sprays). In this video, I break down which one actually works best: (+ Comment “PEPTIDEU” & I’ll send you free access to our peptide community). (For educational purposes only. Not medical advice or endorsement of human use.)
