I keep it pretty simple: • 200 mg/week testosterone • 2 IU/day HGH • 2 mg/day GHK-Cu • 250 mcg HCG 3x/week • MT-2 as needed for tanning • BPC-157 + TB-4 only when I'm dealing with tendonitis Beyond that, I still take a bunch of the usual health supplements, vitamins, minerals, fish oil, CoQ10, antioxidants, and a few longevity/cardiovascular supplements, but honestly I'm planning to let most of those go once I work through the mountain of bottles I already own. I'm getting tired of taking handfuls of pills every day and want to see how I feel with a much simpler approach. I'm evolving to believe the basics are probably enough.









Figured it was time I poast fizeek. Been quietly chiseling away at my body for several years now, navigating my fitness journey through covid and breakups and fucking life. Joining the 💯 Club last year was a game changer for me. This community is so inspirational and full of knowledge and support, it's just been invaluable. You guys and gals are a special bunch. The work continues. There is still much to be done. That fat kid is always there, but he's getting a little quieter everyday 💪.
