I made a “weird insider activity” dashboard. Ranks insider buys/sells by how unusual they are (not just size). It weighs the activity by: > size of transaction > title of insider (ceo, exec, partner, etc) > type of transaction (buy/sell, option exercise, etc) > context (ex: buying after 30% drop vs at ath's) > clustering (multiple transactions in same window) > specific insider's track record (historical accuracy, impact, frequency) > position size impact (trade size as % of insider’s total shares) > triggers (around big events, earnings, m&a, guidance, regulatory filings) Purpose is to rank insider transactions by most unusual to least, updating daily. Used @perplexity_ai's Computer to fully build + connect data sources (sec filings/forms). Continuing to improve the weighting system...but happy to share prompt again, will be posting findings too.
