President Trump’s military demonstrations in Venezuela and Iran were acts of supreme kindness towards Chairman Xi, as they have given him the first **real** information about the Communist Party’s military capabilities. Marxists use language to persuade, not describe, both internally and externally. So the CCP military was never **not** going to develop “a stealth fighter,” or “stealth-detecting radars.” To fail at these tasks would be an unacceptable humiliation. But the question is: did they really? The answer is no. Which is to say: Xi lives in a world where he cannot trust ANY information presented to him by his own system, because it arrives via a filter not only of consensus but also of pride. “The CCP cannot fail, history is on our side!” Except it isn’t. Realty exists. And the total failure of their equipment in VZ and IR was the first time Xi has ever received REAL information about his military’s capabilities. And it’s not good. Xi must now revisit every assumption he has about action in Taiwan. And he is now forced to confront reality, that his staff lie not out of malice but because COMMUNISM DEMANDS YOU IGNORE REALITY. Interesting days ahead.

From 2008-2023, child rape in the UK went up by 221.8%. Other European countries have seen a similar increase. I just can’t figure out what could possibly have caused this. It’s almost as if importing men from societies where 9 yr old girls can marry is a bad idea. 🤔

After U.S. forces turned China’s most advanced anti-stealth radar—the JY-27A—into little more than lawn art, Xi reportedly ordered the execution of its chief designer, Yang Wei. Engineering with Chinese characteristics…
Taiwan Military@TaiwanMilitary

Reportedly, Yang was probed after 🇨🇳’s JY-series anti-stealth radars sold to 🇻🇪 & 🇮🇷 proved ineffective. 🇨🇳 had used the J-20 as a test target & falsely told Xi the radars could detect 🇺🇸 F-35 & F-22 stealth jets. This raised doubts about the J-20’s claimed stealth capabilities.

The most radicalizing moment for most people was when the same officials who had kept children out of school for three months, destroyed millions of American businesses, closed all the churches and even banned outdoor funerals suddenly endorsed mass gatherings for George Floyd, and said that people had to weigh the public health dangers of Covid against the public health dangers of racism. But public health officials have done a number of other things over the last few years that damaged their professional reputations and eroded the public trust in and authority of their institutions. Here are several: 1.) They went all in on transgender ideology: In less than a decade, the number of clinics offering transgender treatment to children increased more than 100 fold. These treatments have never been demonstrated effective for resolving symptoms of any medical condition to a level that would allow them to be approved for these uses by the FDA. All of these treatments are off-label and untested. Public health authorities endorsed and even insisted upon their spread, with disastrous results for many vulnerable people. Leaders of medical and public health organizations were all over the media claiming there was no medically discernible difference between men and women, that there was no biological reason men shouldn’t play in women’s sports and that men could become women — all things ordinary people could easily perceive were false. Putting the imprimatur of “the science” on these claims didn’t legitimize transgenderism, it undermined trust in science. 2.) Racial rationing of medical care: Since many conservatives turned against Covid vaccines in their entirety, a lot of people don’t remember their controversial rollout, but the way they handled this is a big part of the reason why I personally believe that our public health system is worse than total chaos or nothing at all and support RFK Jr. wreaking havoc and gutting these agencies. By the time the vaccines were ready for distribution, we knew who was at greatest risk from Covid: The sick, people with chronic conditions and especially the elderly. The CDC’s problem was that the most vulnerable Americans were disproportionately white. So instead of prioritizing the old, public health officials at the CDC opted to give the vaccine to “essential workers.” Which workers did the CDC say were essential? Those in fields with a lot of black people. In New York, for the first few weeks the vaccine was available, it was only for people who lived in certain zip codes. Guess which ones. Similar policies were in place in a number of other cities This woke decisionmaking process killed thousands of people. CDC officials don’t just deserve to be fired; a lot of them should be in prison. 3.) Monkeypox: Monkeypox is a contagious disease that is painful, disfiguring and in some cases deadly. It is mostly seen in Africa, but in 2022-23, there was a major outbreak in the US with nearly 35,000 cases. This virus is spread through contact with bodily fluids. Specifically: 99% of monkeypox cases are reported in men and 94% of them occur in men who have had recent male-to-male sexual contact. The CDC declared monkeypox a public health emergency. What they wouldn’t declare was who was getting it or how it was transmitted. Their messaging was extremely obtuse on this, because they did not want to associate the disease with gay sex for fear of causing stigma. So Americans who were not at risk were wondering if they should keep their kids home and avoid public toilets while gay sex parties that were superspreader events continued to occur without objection from public health authorities. The CDC would not even advise sexually active gay men to get a vaccine, and many did not. Instead, they changed the name of the disease to “mpox” because “monkeypox” sounded racist.
Conor Friedersdorf@conor64

A question for everyone: survey data suggests that by the end of the Covid-19 emergency trust in public health institutions had decreased significantly. If you are among the people who reacted that way, why specifically? I'm hoping for long, diverse, individualized answers.

Studies like this are so incredibly creepy. They frame sexual the refusal of European women to breed with hostile, invading men as some kind of problem - like, "why would highly educated German women not want to have sex with men who a disproportionately more inclined toward sexual violence and regressive religious ideologies, and who come from the most dysfunctional places on earth where women are regularly beaten or killed? We must fix this to ensure Germans are wiped out." It's as though they're studying this in preparation for some 'Dysgenics Program'. Note: the preference of female 'refugees' doesn't seem to be studied... interesting 🤔
Rolf Degen@DegenRolf

Male refugees from Afghanistan and Syria in Germany show a keen interest in forming relationships with local women, but the local women show little interest in forming relationships with them. Germany, in particular, received over 1,4 million refugees between 2014 and 2016, predominantly from Muslim-majority countries such as Syria and Afghanistan. The majority of these arrivals consisted of young, single men within prime marriageable age brackets. This study examines partnership preferences of male refugees from Afghanistan and Syria who arrived in Germany between 2014 and 2016 and female residents of similar age. Overall, our results indicate a high level of openness among male refugees towards partnering with female members of the resident population, but a comparatively low level of openness among the latter towards partnering with recently arrived male refugees. This implies a substantial incongruence in partnership preferences among the two groups. Regarding the educational level of a potential partner, we found that all respondents prefer highly educated partners over those with lower levels of education. This suggests that, for refugees, securing a highly educated partner might serve as a means of upward social mobility and integration into higher-status networks in the host society. Furthermore, it is possible that highly educated women, due to their greater exposure to diverse social environments and potentially less discriminatory attitudes, are perceived as more open to intergroup partnerships, making them a more attractive choice for refugees seeking acceptance and social integration. On the other hand, the reluctance of resident women to accept partnerships with refugees is largely explained by their rejection of the ‘imported’ religious Islam. It is possible that resident women perceive the religious practices of newly arrived refugees as different from their own, reinforcing a social distance that limits intergroup partnerships. Moreover, this reluctance might not only reflect religious differences but also concerns about gender norms or perceived lifestyle incompatibilities.

I still can’t believe the Washington Post ran a story all-but-accusing the US of dropping land mines from the air into random locations in Iran, based on reporting from the “Reason2Resist” podcast and Iran’s state news agency. Extraordinarily irresponsible.
The Washington Post@washingtonpost

Images show what experts say are U.S. land mines dispersed across a residential area in southern Iran. Human rights groups have long called to ban land mines because of their propensity to harm or kill civilians, often years after conflicts have ended. wapo.st/41hPU2N

The first ever UNICEF stats on rape and sexual abuse of children are rather shocking. 370 million girls. That is 1 in 8 girls. 22% of girls in sub-Saharan Africa 18% in Latin America/Caribbean 15% in North Africa They also estimate 240m-310m boys have been raped during childhood. That is 1 in 11! A forgotten crime that many boys and men deal with alone. So when we talk about diversity being a strength, it is worth remembering that those men doing the raping are now on the move. Is it any surprise that every day there is another case of an asylum seeker abusing or raping a child or woman? Source of data below: Eurostat. Source of data above: UNICEF

This is NORMAL in Latin America. Latinos are some of the biggest wimps and simps on the planet. Delete whatever mental image you had of Latin America being "trad." Some examples that come to mind: - In Mexico, you can be convicted of "gender violence" for misgendering a tr00n. A couple of years back, a politician was convicted for exactly this. His sentence was apologizing to the tr00n whose honor he offended every day for a month and having his name entered into a public registry (like the sex offender registry, but for wife-beaters). Pictured below is the tr00n that was "misgendered." - In Argentina, the civil service previously had a quota for tr00ns: a certain percentage of government jobs HAD to go to tr00ns. Milei abolished this after taking office. Latino dudes are the kind of simp where they'll kill a girl for liking a different guy. When I lived in Mexico, a friend of mine who frequented escorts told me how one escort was dealing with a bizarre stalker who tattooed her name on his dick and wouldn't shut up about how much he loved her. He had never met her and had no clue she was a prostitute. So yes, Brazil making it a capital crime to tell women to shut up is entirely in character for the region.

If you’re dooming on Trump it’s worth remembering that a little over a year ago we had people enlisting in the military for free sex changes and hospitals across the country butchering confused children’s bodies. That shit, and so much more, has all but disappeared.
