I'm working on a special project that will touch on this question and how it impacts professional development. If you have a few moments to share your perspectives as an early childhood professional, head over to this survey and add your insight!

@NotJustCute@TAASPYC1 Amanda Morgan! We are looking forward to your keynote in Fort Worth at our annual symposium for Texas Early Childhood Leaders! #taaspyc
I started out wondering what it was like for @FredRogersInst and Dr. Dana Winters to be stewards of his legacy. I ended up realizing that WE ARE the legacy. notjustcute.com/podcast/episod…
Could not have asked for a better pep-talk than @LaVonnaRoth 's keynote on being our best selves and learning to SHINE! What an amazing speaker and person!❤️🔥
@natehowe@damonmurphy2255 As a native Oregonian (now in Washington) I second this. Emphasis on the first syllable and light on the "gun" sound. almost "gin" (if you keep the hard g). Sounds like your Texan starting point wasn't too far off. I'll accept almost any version other than "Or-a-gone".😂
How do you pronounce "Oregon?" My Texas accent makes it sound like "Organ," so I overcompensate and wind up saying 'Ore-ah-gahn,' the emphasis landing on the last syllable. I sound like an idiot. Any help?

" @NAEYC 's position statement on DAP is something every early childhood professional should be familiar with.
At the same time, I want you to consider something."

What I have found interesting whilst in lockdown is the promotion of all the subjects that in school get the least appreciation; Art, Music, Sport. If they are all essential for keeping us sane in lockdown why aren’t they just as essential when it comes to funding?
