Thanks, you’re lovely, but this will not be what I need. This this is not a medical bill. It is the complete destruction of my body and health and longevity and life and earning ability and much more. I cannot walk to my kitchen without holding objects. My muscle is dying in my foot and when more dies, I will need a brace to stand. Is Kaiser continues to deny me care and as yet to even provide a single practitioner with knowledge and scope of practice with fluoroquinolone injury to evaluate and diagnose me and treat me. My hands hurt so much right now they are unusable. Part of my hands. Rest is numb. Progressive numbness of my body while Kaiser‘s ignorant neurologist denies me a skin punch biopsy for small fiber neuropathy. I wrote about that somewhere yesterday but I’m too sick to go find it and I’m going to go back to bed. As I have over and over today. I can only go back to bed because of the magnesium infusion that I had to wait six hours for the emergency room because negligent Kaiser Permanente does not provide adequate spaces in their infusion lab for the patients who need it. I have muscle death in my foot and if I walk at all, I am endangering it. Meanwhile, they’re providing orthotics on this it takes a while basis. They might call you in a week or two weeks. That’s just a set up an appointment and then I’m supposed to go somewhere. I get carsick terribly. And it is dangerous for me to walk. I also have other minerals in my body that are depleted and I need testing. But my primary care doctor just refuses me care. Because he doesn’t understand it and he’s practicing what I believe to be defensive medicine. This is when doctors over treat or under treat a patient out of priority for themselves in their career over patient health. They are ignorant of the research and what to do so they over treat or undertreat protectively. He is an older guy and it is my guess that he did not want to admit to a woman or a patient that he lacked expertise so he said he had expertise in fluoroquinolone injury and could treat me and then immediately showed he really knew fuck all by what he said. Like that we weren’t gonna look to the underlying condition (which he has not a clue about) and we would just treat two symptoms at a time without concern for the underlying condition and they would be my tendon issues and balance issues. This makes me medically unsafe, a legal term, and puts me at risk of enormous damage. Kaiser has already harmed me in this way. Head of Kaiser Permanente West LA physical therapy gave me eccentric and concentric exercises after refusing to look at my MRIs. I have multiple tears in my tendons because of him. He claimed he knew fluoroquinolone injury would not harm me with the PT he gave me. He knows fuck all. I had stayed up till 3:15 in the morning writing my own MRI to give to my hero of a gynecologist, and I just could not stay up till 415 reading the PT literature when I had a 9:15 AM appointment with this rottenly cavalier practitioner. Neurologist refusing me nerve biopsy for small fiber neuropathy kept me from having a baseline for the nerve damage. Had a neurology who is ignorant about oxidative harm and told me he had no idea what reactive oxygen species are would not test me for that and also denied this. That ignorant guy told me and wrote my chart that my small fiber neopathy would be stable over 10 to 15 years. It isn’t fucking stable over 10 days. It is terrifyingly progressive. Note the death of muscle in my feet from the compressed calcaneal nerve. If more dies I will not be able to stand on my own without a brace or prosthesis. File all of this as an urgent grievance and send it immediately with all others those I’ve said this about to KP CEO Gregory Adams, @KPMemberService. I of course have his email address & if these are not sent to him, when I feel a bit better I will send them all & tell him Mem services was neglectful in not sending them. Kaiser Permanente appears to be waiting me out. Waiting for me to run out of my savings to live on and end up on the street and die. Since October 7, 2025, they have not provided me what they owe me by law, medical ethics, and kaiser’s printed protocol on its website: a practitioner with knowledge and expertise and scope of practice in the condition I have, fluoroquinolone injury, to evaluate, diagnose and treat me. Instead, because Kaiser has de facto refused to give me a diagnosis by never referring me to any provider with scope of practice as I demanded in writing October 7, 2025. Without this, they’re ignorant providers treating outside their scope of practice in violation the law and medical ethics can refuse me expensive care like MRIs that are absolutely called for in the research on Fluoroquinolone injury so patients can know where their tendons are destroyed or about to rupture and avoid or minimize movements to avoid that rupture. For example. I have spent every day since October 4 when the fluoroquinolone antibiotic toxicity began its multisystem destruction of my body and brain doing nothing but fighting Kaiser to get the care I desperately need to possibly stop the debilitation and destruction throughout my body. I was robustly healthy. Extraordinary cardiometabolic health. Extraordinary overall health through my disciplined exercise and keto and then carnivore diet. This destruction to me only happened because their negligent cornea surgeon prescribed me this horrific fluoroquinolone antibiotic that was contraindicated from the start (per research findings) by my perniciously low electrolytes, my athleticism, and the fact that I am over 60 (“elderly” per medical standards) & concurrently prescribed a glucocorticoid (in a scientifically & medically unwarranted overdose amount) by this monstrously negligent doctor. My every day is spent feeling sick in numerous ways (including tachycardia and pounding heart & clutching lungs and dizziness an erratic BPM) & being debilitated to the point where I cannot walk normally or balance to get to my kitchen w/o holding on to furniture &doorways. I’m no longer a person or this creator of science-based advice that I was so proud of. I am a ball of disabilities & destruction getting worse every day. And I know FQ science but I need help on areas I’m not expert. Like in understanding why the positive effects went away from the IV magnesium I got. The temporary erasure of the bodily feeling I was being chased by wolves—like a panic attack that goes on endlessly. But without emotion behind it. Last night, while getting IV magnesium I had to fight days for referral for & wait 6 hours for in ER bc of KP’s failure to provide adequate timely spaces in their infusion clinic, I couldn’t believe I felt normal. No all-day pounding heart, air hunger, tachycardia. I think magnesium temporarily decreased the edema, so when I stood up & walked, I couldn’t really walk but I walked better. I balanced better. All is gone just 10 hours later. And I’m terribly dehydrated again & I need a FQ-experienced practitioner to help me understand/deal with the effects but there is none. Just me fighting KP’s simply evil and love violating neglect of duty & standard of care. I also desperately need a practitioner to add to my medical expertise/research knowledge to help me get the treatments I need to possibly come out of this instead of becoming increasingly debilitated to the point of life no longer being worth living. I’ve demanded Kaiser send me out of network since they‘VW provided no such practitioner since Oct 7 2025. It is March 21, 2026. I will run out of money & end up on the street. Living off my savings to pay rent, & I am now so sick, cognitively debilitated, & deeply fatigued that I barely get to 1 task as a former powerhouse of work. I no longer exist except as a collection of Kaiser-caused disabilities. File as urgent grievance @KPMemberService & send to Gregory Adams

@amyalkon That's ok to take your time. I know this is all hard on u; going over a short time from being a bright & able person to one with medical issues is tough. U likely won't get anywhere w/ K on ur own. I think u should spend the time with a lawyer rather than trying to convince K.

I can and could but I have such a terrible brain fog and crushing fatigue from the fluoroquinolone injury. And I actually know the firms and have them listed on my computer. There are those that mandatory binding arbitration cases against Kaiser and are in Southern California. Walkup Schoenbrun wins big and mandatory binding arbitration cases against Kaiser but only does paralysis and wrongful death cases and they’re in San Francisco. Lawyer I talked to there was great and suggested I actually do have a case without being able to say so in so many words, and said I needed malpractice firm in SoCal. Also I do have a strong case and I would probably save $50,000 in expert fees because I can provide all the science and I also know laws on delivery of care and access to care and denial care, which tell me various ways their “care” fails on duty of care and standard of care, etc., and is negligent/malpractice. They still need to hire people, but having me provide the science with the citations as a person who does this professionally mean they just have to check if I’m full of shit or not and then maybe add some things that they see.

@officer_Lew There is nothing new about this to me. We had one Section 8 tenant who would hold parties in our home for which she charged money. We had at least two tenants who put locks on each bedroom because they rented them out to other people.
