You are entitled to nothing more than eternal damnation. Isaiah 64:6-7 There are not many ways to be saved. There aren't 5, 4, 3, or even 2 ways. There is only 1. 13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. Matthew 7:13-14 By confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. Romans 10:8-10 Eternal Reward For Accepting: 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Eternal Punishment For Rejecting: 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” John 3:16-21

Water baptism has no salvific power. Only blood has the power to cover sin. Going back to the law, we see that water makes you ceremonial clean (Leviticus 14 and 15). Blood covers sin (Leviticus 17). Therefore, the blood of Jesus covers our sin. That moment happens when we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead. Water baptism is the outward confession of our faith, or ceremonial cleanliness. Our salvation is in Christ alone, not of our works. There are so many people who call themselves "Christians" that don't have any idea how to be saved. That means a lot of people will hear Matthew 7:21-23 because they're being lied to about what salvation is. Don't take anyone's words for it. And yes. I'm including myself. Read the scripture I've given you. And if what your preacher, pastor, father, or anyone else tells you something different, they are apostate. It's just that simple. Christ alone❤️ The Gospel of Salvation is the same whether explained by Jesus, John, Peter, Paul, James, or Jude. A saved person is changed in an instant. That doesn't mean they stop sinning, of course. It does mean they are hyper-aware of sin because they are filled with The Holy Spirit. They're convicted of things that never bothered them before. Over time, as people draw closer to The Lord, they sin less and less. Many of the things they enjoyed (music, movies, even foul humor), are no longer appealing. They have a thirst for Christ and hunger for His Word. These are the fruits of the saved. A CINO (Christian in name only), do not. They go to church, sing, clap their hands, lift their arms, and go through the motions. Outside of church, they are the same people they were before professing Christianity. These are the fruits of false converts. Salvation (sanctification) is the process of, and the fruits born through it, of your life as a new creation in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:11-21). Salvation (glorification) will not happen until we're with Christ in our resurrected bodies (Philippians 3:20-21). “I have been saved; I am being saved; and, I will be saved.”

They are without excuse.

Defending the Gospel: 2 Then after fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and also took Titus with me.2 And I went up by revelation, and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run, or had run, in vain. 3 Yet not even Titus who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised. 4 And this occurredbecause of false brethren secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage), 5 to whom we did not yield submission even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. 6 But from those who seemed to be something—whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God shows personal favoritism to no man—for those who seemed to be something added nothing to me. 7 But on the contrary, when they saw that the gospel for the uncircumcised had been committed to me, as the gospel for the circumcised was to Peter 8 (for He who worked effectively in Peter for the apostleship to the circumcised also worked effectively in me toward the Gentiles), 9 and when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that had been given to me, they gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised. 10 They desired only that we should remember the poor, the very thing which I also was eager to do.
