What did you do to make the TL hate you?

From today’s UnitedforGaza protest

As the ceasefire took effect, Palestinians in Gaza are trying to restore the bare essentials of a decent life, clearing rubble and rebuilding whatever they can amid the devastation.

I want to directly address the screenshots and conversations that have been circulating. I take full responsibility for the things I said. While I intended them as ill conceived jokes, I now fully recognize how inappropriate, uncomfortable, and damaging those words were. I want to be clear: I never had any malicious or predatory intentions, but that does not excuse what I said. The language I used crossed boundaries, and I understand how it comes across and the harm it caused to others. I sincerely apologize to everyone who was made uncomfortable by my words, especially those who felt unable to speak up until now. I know that trust is earned, not asked for, and I know I have lost a lot of it. Moving forward, I am committed to reflecting on my behavior, learning from this, and ensuring that nothing like this ever happens again. I’m deeply sorry for my actions, and I will be taking a step back to take accountability and work on myself. Even though I feel sick about my actions, I’m grateful to the people who decided to speak up and hold me accountable. Without them, I wouldn’t have been given the opportunity to reflect, take responsibility, and begin to better myself. Thank you for giving me that chance.
