@top_tipz This wouldn’t stop time wasting at all in fact quite the opposite. What we need is a countdown clock that is stopped when the ball is out of play, subs and fouls etc. and restarted when play resumes. When the clock hits zero the match ends when the ball is next out of play.

I think the game would improve if we played 90mins. No more, no less. Ball goes out, player gets injured, clock stops. Ref has no say. No added time. Would eliminate time wasting and play acting massively. Countdown to 90mins would be magic if game was tight

The laws of the games doesn’t list word for word everything (eg. Violent conduct doesn’t list every single action) because it’s unnecessary
