@jifferey If I'm given the option to full melee in a shooter, I need something to let me move like a crack fiend, or gives me the numbness of a fent demon. I need to SCHMOVE or become THE WALL for melee to be good. But most importantly, the melee needs to be satisfying. Finals melee isn't.

The melee rework is more than I thought. Its quite a big change. I welcome unique adjustments of unique gameplay styles like melee specifically. However. The Finals isnt a game about unique interactions and fun anymore. Its Ranked. And theres no melee users in ranked.

Here is the TLDR: TLDR: Season 11 Melee Rework • Buffed Melee Power: Increased base damage and lunge range across the board.  • New Mechanics: “Precision” and “Stamina” mechanics punish spamming and reward accurate hits.  • Upgraded Alt-Fires: Expanded secondary attacks for the Riot Shield, Dual Blades, and Spear.  • The Kick Counter: Ranged players can now physically kick to knock back melee attackers and Winch Claws. @hyojin_en I really could not give a shit about the Greek half of the AC Collab. Not sure if it's because Kassandra has the personality of a brick, or because I never played AC: Odyssey, but I just started skipping through the story near the end. Ezio's half of the collab was great though.

i am cautiously optimistic about this collab the assassin's creed collab was also a "what the fuck are you doing here moment" for me but the first half of that collab's story was sooo good. i hope they learned from the last collab and fix up some of the pain points

@_GameSquid That probably is the case. I remember one time I was talking with someone online, who was from Canada, and he was complaining about how hot it was. I asked him what the temp was, and he said 15C. I immediately called him a snowman, since that's perfect outdoors weather down here.

@NotoriousLERG AC is the main factor. I have this impression most people outside of Europe or countries that are warmer much more often, forget that Europe isn't typically that hot ever. So, ACs are extremely uncommon, particularly in homes.

Sometimes, I wonder how many people in places like America, China, etc, look at heatwaves in the UK, France or other places in Europe and go "quit bitching, we deal with these 30~40°C temperatures routinely. What's your excuse?" By the way, it is pretty unbearable. Good thing next week will begin to cool off, and also, my shop has pretty decent AC.
