It all comes down to economics and quality of life. Make single-income households affordable again. Fathers can go to work and make more than enough money to own a home, provide for his family, take vacations, buy things, and get medical treatment. Get rid of the dual income requirement to just survive, let alone thrive. If people didn't have to worry about the insane costs of having children, they'd do it.
