What the Xxxx are they doing out the front of historic ?!?Darlinghurst Court House?!? Already has a brook-no-argument iron palisade, why does it need ‘additional security’ that makes it look like a dismal prison exercise yard? This should be an open part of #publicsydney!

@DABell42 In the contract schedule Darryl- most construction contracts will list the site address there not on every line of the document. . But yes you are right it’s just a standard demolition contract

The general conditions on contract taken out on Willow Grove are in black and white there is no reading between the lines. Demolish the building then remove it from site. And infrastructure approached this company to do the works. No public tender no transparency

“Willow Grove is a cement rendered, brick building with lath & plaster ceilings. As soon as you start to take that apart, it crumbles to the ground”No wonder demo contractors were gifted the tender coz the only place WG is going is a storage box. GreenBan stands #savewillowgrove

You can only be suspicious when the national heritage listing of the #parramatta #femalefactory was delayed after the heritage committee recommended its inclusion months before while the light rail DA was submitted in that period ….

Did the @maasmuseum EIS comply with the SEARS? Is Willow Grove destined for a storage container or remain in rightful place on Phillip St? Judgment in @NthParraRAG v INSW+@RobStokesMP handed down via email at 10am Fri 16 July. The decision will be uploaded to Caselaw soon after.

JUDGEMENT ON WILLOW GROVE FATE RESERVED In an an all day zoom hearing Judgement was reserved till all three justices have time to confer and write their decision. Until then- the full injunction on any physical works in grounds of Willow Grove remains. #savewillowgrove
