@PaulTassi With the Vanguard node seemingly in the 'portal' section of the director, are the vanguard playlist and nightfall nodes still be available to play?

Someone suggested I track a lot of open questions about Destiny 2 end-of-service, and I figured I'd crowdsource for an article or video. So far have things like:
- What happens to artifact rotation?
- What happens with resetting transmog bounties?
- What happens with balance patches?

@destiny_thememe I do not root for Marathon, but I will not wish for its downfall either.
I resent it too much for the former, but I'm sensible enough not wish for the latter.

To clarify, i wont ever act upon this because i know better and i'll root for marathon even if it's not my game

@isolatedrook I think most people are aware that Bungie will be in a bad position if Marathon fails, and D3 will probably not get made in that case.
But we don't owe Marathon anything, most of us resent it, and the genre is not appealing to a large % anyways.

I will never understand how people convinced themselves that Marathon flopping would somehow magically lead to Destiny 3

Destiny fans might not wanna hear it, but if you really want to see Bungie get a greenlight for Destiny 3 you should maybe support Marathon as opposed to shitting on it and review bombing it.

Look guys i know there are a lot of emotions floating around but i dont really want to see playerbases pointing fingers at each other and blaming the wrong people. Theres certainly someone at fault and it aint marathon and it aint dmg or the devs. We know that.

I'm angry Marathon took away resources from D2.
I don't crave its downfall, but I kind of expect it.
Marathon just lacks the wide appeal Destiny 2 had, and I believe prioritizing that game to this degree was a terrible business decision based on sunk cost fallacy.

On a related note SWHFTT might retire just bc it does semi rely on game events but i might pick up the OC storyline with Crimes and Case. Idk what exactly id do with the comics YET bc webcomic is, after all, something i really wanted to do

@destiny_thememe Tip for ghosts, each level has a ghost per enemy faction. Contested map is the best to knock 3 down at once. And KEEP A LIST, seriously, it'll make searching for the ones you need easier if you know which ones you've got already.

i honestly rarely seek out titles (already have the ones i want) but this might be one worth chasing
Just gotta do more lawless frontier stuff and get all the ghosts
