Absolutely brilliant day today at @BeEV_Charging charging oasis in Manchester today. Was great to catch up with Tony Mills. Also spotted the new Skoa Elroq today too. Lovely car and just like the big brother car that is the Skoda Enyaq.

@ElectrekCo @fredlambert If Tesla drops the price by €5k which then clearly can given their amazing margins, then you would see a huge increase in sales. They are not making these vehicles on small margins to barely make any profit.

Give it a few months and we will all be signing “Tesla Model Y is the best selling EV on the market again!” Don’t forget Tesla stopped production for retooling for new models. So sales figures will have dropped and soon catch up. China is producing some nice kit now too.

@ElectrekCo Yes the company I work for had some electric powered fridge trailers on trial. They are brilliant but sadly this was 2 years ago and we’ve still not adopted any of them. It’s a no brainer for us as we produce so much noise and air pollution with the current diesel versions. 🙄

I’m at InstaVolt’s new Superhub off the A34 near Winchester. 44 chargers, really impressed that it has space for HGVs and caravans, Starbucks, kids play area, dog exercise. Overnight charging 50p/kWh from 7pm to 7am. Feels like the future. 🔋
