The 13th Caribbean Conference on Comprehensive Disaster Management (CDM13) Film Festival held at the Marriot Hotel, St. Kitts and Nevis from 2-6 December 2024, showcased eight short films submitted from around the region on climate change, including a short film submitted by the ODPM. This film explores the significant contributions of the Civil Society Sub-sector to comprehensive disaster management in Trinidad and Tobago and provides a model for the wider region.
