We are raising funds to cover medical bills for our friend, Eric Foley of Braintree, who is awaiting a heart transplant. During a 10-day lapse in health insurance, he had 2 major surgeries and was in the ICU, leaving him with a whopping medical bill. gofundme.com/f/zhjuz-a-hear…

If you’re a hyperactive, high agency type of guy, the only path where you don’t go insane is entrepreneurship. It’s the only life that will stimulate you enough and put you in different situations and problems that actually make your brain function. The more you try to tame that energy the less you will feel alive. Some of us were made for complexity and ambiguity. The safe path is the most dangerous one. You know deep down you’re made for something different. Business is what gives you that. Avoid traditional jobs at all costs. Of course the price is high stress, uncertainty and lots of ups and downs… but let’s be honest, would you have it any other way? No. It’s too boring.

Today was my best day of the year (professionally speaking ). We hosted 100 7-8 figure agency owners today in LA. 9 AM -7 PM and MAN. If I wasn’t bullish on IRL events I am all in now. The oxytocin and dopamine from helping connect so many awesome people was high AF. We will ramp up IRL to 2-3 a year no question.

Not sure what to make of it, but it is interesting that nothing of substance has come out about the Russini/Vrabel relationship since the pictures from the initial story. No leaks. No anonymous sources with seedy details of an affair. No family members secretly sharing their animosity. No stories about who took the pics and why they were "hired," if they indeed were. Nothing. Zilch. It's been eight days. That's forever in the news cycle. That's hard to believe in the age of social media. Don't think it proves their innocence or guilt, but it's incredibly interesting that nothing you'd expect to start coming out has actually come out.

AB tested 8,000 cold emails last month to find out which CTA actually books calls the result was so stupid i almost didnt believe it old ending: "would you be open to a quick call this week?" 4,000 sent → 6 replies → 2 calls new ending: "i recorded a 60 second video showing 3 things your welcome flow is missing that are probably costing you $2-5K/month - want me to send it?" 4,000 sent → 20 replies → 7 calls 350% more booked calls from changing one sentence "would you be open to a quick call" is the most deleted sentence in cold email every prospect has read it 4,000 times their brain sees the shape and hits delete before line 2 it asks a stranger to give you their time nobody does that "i made something for you, want me to send it" asks nothing it gives one is a withdrawal from someone they dont trust the other is a free deposit from someone who already did work for them everybody accepts free deposits the video takes 2 minutes screen record their site and point out 2-3 things they could fix everyone who replies yes watches it and is warm before you ever speak they already believe you can help because you proved it before asking for anything havent asked "would you be open to a call" in 3 months every call now starts with someone who already watched the proof stop asking for time from strangers give them a reason to give it to you the call books itself

My team just put together a 35-page guide on Claude Code. Not the “ask claude a question” version of AI. The real version. The one where AI actually writes scripts, pulls data, runs workflows, and builds tools inside your terminal. The companies I know that started using this are replacing hours of manual work every week. Reports. Audits. Competitive research. Proposal drafts. Stuff junior employees used to spend half their week doing. So we broke down exactly how to get started: • how to install Claude Code • how to prompt it properly • and 5 marketing automations you can build immediately Nothing theoretical. Just the exact setup. If you're curious about what the next version of operations looks like, comment "claude" and ill send it to you.

met a guy at a coffee shop this morning. 22 years old. makes $5,800/month selling email sequences to local pest control companies. i asked how he got into it. he said “i live in denver. there’s like 200 pest control companies in the metro area. i went through google maps and signed up for their email lists. every single one sends the same garbage. ‘we killed bugs this month. here’s a coupon.’ that’s it.” so he made a better one. wrote 12 email sequences. “welcome series. seasonal reminders. when to call for termites. spring mosquito prep. winter rodent prevention.” actual useful stuff people would want to read. charged $200 a month. “how’d you get them to buy?" “just called. ‘hey i noticed you send emails but they suck. here’s what yours could look like.’ sent them the sequences. nine said yes on the phone. that was four months ago.” he’s up to 29 clients now. “what’s your setup?” “@beehiiv for the sequences. stripe. a google sheet to track which client gets which version. that’s literally it.” “you write all the emails?” “first month i did. now i have templates. each client gets maybe two customizations. their company name. their phone number. done. takes me an hour per new client.” he said the genius part is pest control companies already know their customers don’t want to hear from them. they’re not trying to build a brand. they just want more jobs scheduled. so instead of “here’s our story” emails, he writes “it’s termite season, call now” emails. “your clients actually see results?” “yeah. one guy said his repeat business went from 12% to 31% in two months. pest control’s all about the comeback appointment. people forget they have termites until it’s spring again. you remind them, they call.” he was sitting at the coffee shop for 45 minutes. three texts from clients asking questions. he answered each one in 30 seconds. “why not hire someone?” “hire someone to do what? answer texts? The sequences run themselves. new client takes me an hour to set up. existing clients need basically nothing.” meanwhile you’re building a “white label email platform” for agencies with custom branding and integrations and a sales team. he’s in a coffee shop in denver sending the same 12 sequences to 29 pest control companies and making $5,800 a month. the emails were always needed. pest control companies were always trying to figure out what to send. he’s the only one who did the thinking for them. 200 pest control companies in denver. he’s got 29. he could have 100. he’s not even trying to scale it. just posts in local facebook groups sometimes. “hey pest control owners, your emails suck. i fixed mine. here’s the before and after.” one before and after post. got him three clients. he doesn’t have a website. he has a gmail and a beehiiv account and he picks his customers by literally just looking around his city. everyone wants to build the platform. this kid is getting rich off email sequences and he can’t stop smiling about it.

LinkedIn is the easiest platform to find and book calls with your ideal clients. I built the exact lead gen system we use for our clients Sales Nav filters, outbound sequences, and the follow-up messages that actually get replies. This system booked 30+ calls for my client in 2 weeks. like + comment "LEADS" and I'll DM you the full breakdown. (Must be following me)
