This is explosive, Rodney Joffe (Neustar exec, "Tech Executive-1" in Durham docs) sitting on the President's NSTAC from 2016–2020, advising DHS/CISA on cyber/telecom security under BOTH Obama and Trump. Your screenshots from official CISA reports prove he was inside the apparatus the entire time the Russiagate hoax unfolded. Joffe wasn't some outsider. He had privileged access to non-public data, White House/EOP DNS logs, and DARPA-linked resources; all while allegedly teaming with Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann (Perkins Coie) to fabricate the Alfa Bank "secret Trump-Russia backchannel" narrative in 2016. Durham's indictment and filings detail how Joffe exploited internet data from government contracts to push this false story to the FBI, CIA, media, and Congress. We know that data FBI experts later called manipulated or incomplete, with no evidence of collusion. Sussmann billed it to the Clinton campaign and lied about his client. This ties straight back to Obama/Clinton Russiagate origins: Joffe’s NSTAC role began under Obama in 2016, the same year Crossfire Hurricane launched on the Steele dossier. Jake Sullivan (Clinton foreign policy advisor, later Biden NSA) hyped the Alfa Bank claim as the "most direct link" to the Kremlin, issuing statements and TV appearances pushing it. Now, the same Georgia Tech researchers (under DARPA contracts) Joffe enlisted for Alfa Bank data mining also produced the early "Fancy Bear/APT28" attribution blaming Russia for the DNC hack, basically this was a job audition for more contracts. This isn't just a story or conspiracy theory, as many want to call it. It's insiders with NSTAC/DARPA/EOP access fabricating intel to feed intel agencies/media, then holding advisory positions under the target president. It is well past time to demand full Durham files release, NSTAC/CISA role investigations 2016–2020.
