Really wanted Obinna Ekezie Jr. at Duke. There was some early interest, but I always felt it wasn’t trending our way and that’s fine. But, Kelsey just got an absolute beast. Ngl, this pickup + what he’s done this offseason definitely raised a few hairs on my arm now…👀

7’0” 5⭐ Obinna Ekezie Jr. just committed to Louisville and is reclassifying to 2026 🚨😤 He was the #1 center in 2027 on ESPN 🔥 @ObinnaEkezieJr @slam_university

@kyriecenterig No. They’ve already ruined this team once. Getting rid of the guy that’s the only proven winner on this team would set this franchise back even further

Probably the most pointed & insightful answer I’ve ever heard from Paolo. Very proud of him. When asked by @philiprr_OMD on how to get the team to the next level “You create an environment where losing isn’t acceptable…. it shouldn’t be comfortable in the building, it should be everybody on their P’s & Q’s feeling pressure to be great, because this result is not good enough” 🎥: @OrlandoMagic

USA Basketball 2028 being built around Cade, Ant, Tatum, Scottie Barnes and Flagg will be special in Los Angeles. The rest of the world ain’t ready for that type of defensive terror and athleticism and skill combination.

@Adam_B888 That Reverse Sweep would’ve been the stuff of legend. Would’ve been the greatest thing to happen in Hockey/Canada in 3 decades.

If the Oilers beat Florida in that game 7, McDavid would be hailed as one of the greatest leaders, charging back down 3 games… they don’t, they lose a close one and he is now considered a terrible leader obviously 🙄

Paolo is a better 16-game player than an 82-game player and we’ve got multiple data points on this now.

@sireniodotcom @OGKidoubleD @flygodT Nah hes valid, MJ's one had aura but it was fully lip synced. MJ had far better performances at other events. Prince was out there in the rain singing live and shredding the guitar, it is a special one-time performance that will never be repeated

Like Michael Jackson, Prince was a musical genius. He could play over 20+ instruments, was highly successful, and had incredible stage presence. MJ himself allegedly said whenever he got an idea he used to act on it fast because he felt God would give Prince that idea too. The reason he feels less visible to our generation is because he limited his music on digital platforms in the 2000s. He wanted full control over his work and felt artists weren’t being fairly paid by labels in the digital era.

Why was prince even seen as Michael’s rival ?

First and second team All-Duke for the 2020s 😈 1st team: Tre/Coop/P5/Cam/Flip 2nd: Roach/Slim/Dell/Kon/Vern Positions are ignored and the teams aren’t necessarily in any order. Accomplishments and impact AT DUKE are the biggest considerations. What would you change?

@kellybonito_BU What I learned this week, agree Michael dominated the Grammy’s with all the awards from Thriller, he only won 4 more Grammys the rest of his life. Truly sad.

Michael Jackson’s reaction after losing all 6 Grammy nominations during the ‘Bad’ era despite the album producing 5 #1 hits. That was the moment he knew the people at the top would do everything to bring him down. Biggest snub ever 👌🏾

@JasonGregor What surprised me was him saying he felt the 24 Final team was the best one. I always thought last year’s team was better especially with how well they played in the west.

I’d recommend watching Draisaitl’s entire press conference. People will use short clips to create an angle. Yes, he said he was concerned about them taking a step back, but then he went into detail about why he thought it happened and how they can be better. Very direct, homest and thoughtful responses from a leader. He doesn’t believe they are far away, but they (Mgmt, coaches and players) need to improve in some areas to get back in track. His response about the team maybe taking for granted how hard it is to win and what it takes, all season not just in the playoffs, stood out.
