Interesting: #Titans HC Robert Saleh said one of the first moves the team made in its nutrition overhaul was removing all seed oils from the building. He says players have appreciated it.

@blowinston @Woodfellaztn @OGMEATDADDY @jbillinson Oh I’m with you, diet is the biggest factor for sure. It’s like that for most people, but not everybody. That’s my point. People can end up fat from all sorts of reasons, but once they are they can switch to a great diet and still see little to no effect

@Woodfellaztn @OGMEATDADDY @jbillinson People defend misinformation, that’s more accurate. I do care about seed oils in general, but canola oil is great because it can be used for almost everything, is cheap, and is better for your heart than most oils

NOBODY showed up to Ed Gallrein's victory party. Apparently there wasn't a single Kentucky state lawmaker at the event. Does this make sense to.....anyone? Make it make sense?

As far as I can tell, there haven't been any state lawmakers at the party so far. This is compared to Massie that has had strong support from Republican state lawmakers in Northern Kentucky.
