@Qantas denied my upgrade request to business from premium economy JFK>AKL only to see 2 vacant business class seats on the flight. Flight attendant said upgrades not possible once on plane. On top of that, THEY LOST MY LUGGAGE. Screw this airline - never fly them! Poor service

@FIFAWorldCup @FIFAcom ticketing system is awful. Resale platform is a complete joke. Match tickets display as available (I'm filtered on "display only available matches") until you click on the match and see "there are currently no available tickets..." worst experience ever
