@Jake_armstrong9 The logo has 6 different colours. In embroidery and some print methods this means six separate passes. It's also a complex design with intricate pattern. A one colour logo with a bold simplistic design like Juventus is basically six times less work and ultimately less cost.

Could someone explain to me how a Badge would be costing a club finances so significantly they’d have to change it?

🚨 Newcastle United have today informed fans that they intend to update/change the club’s badge. 🌎 💰 They say the intricate nature of the current badge makes it difficult to translate in today’s digital world, and is costing finances. 🏰 The club say the “fans are going to be at the heart of the process” and Season Ticket holders and members will be contacted today and given their say on how the new badge should look. 📅 The cut-off for the survey is May 16. #NUFC
