Something I am noticing in replying to these...
If you have all 4 chips left but a good team in 32 not wanting to Wildcard then.
FH33,WC35, TC36 BB37 or WC33, FH34, BB35, TC 36 Definitely one to consider. depending on how your 34 team looks.

Think more like this: What will the US do if Russia and/or China start taking some European key areas ?
I do not think they feel very pressed to hold up to NATO concepts. The NATO agreement is already so loose, any country can reject support.
Europe has put themselves into a new soviet block, and the US will likely adapt to that.

@FPL_TomHadley @Azura_FPL if Arsenal and Leeds both win I could not use a WC. Only one FT, but with another one next week and 4 mil cash, I could get JP and Gordon, Palmer and Stach or other mix. However, I might still use it

@Azura_FPL Ahh nice! Yeah I have 4FT and could technically manoeuvre without a WC now but I also like the idea of having a bank of frees to take out some of the doublers later on

@FPL_Harry If Chelsea, Arsenal, Leeds and Liverpool win, I would have 11 doublers + Bruno, Wilson, Dango and Thiago, one FT and about 9 mil in the bank. Would you still use the wildcard? I have money to get Palmer or even Salah for Wilson.

This announcement of all GW34 clashes moving to GW33 is absolutely huge. 💯 #FPL
As long as Chelsea & Arsenal win there will be 8 teams doubling in GW33 and blanking in 34.
Means BB33 and so WC32 will be very difficult to back against with such a strong BB being possible.

It just goes to show, even with the planning, not taking hits and still fielding a full 11… you can still end up worse than someone with poor planning and only 7 playing players.

BREAKING: Israel has struck the HQ of the Assembly of Experts, the body responsible for picking Khamenei’s successor. Iran's Supreme Leader is chosen by an 88-member body of senior Shiite clerics. The process is outlined in the Constitution and has only occurred once before. Ali Khamenei was selected in 1989 after Ruhollah Khomeini's death. The interim powers have been temporarily transferred to a three-person council (leadership council) consisting of: - The President (Masoud Pezeshkian) - The head of the judiciary (Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei) - A senior cleric from the Guardian Council (Ayatollah Alireza Arafi) This council handles duties until the new Supreme Leader is named. The Assembly of Experts Convenes must meet "as soon as possible" according to the Constitution to select a successor. Members are popularly elected every eight years, but candidates are strictly vetted and approved by the 12-person Guardian Council to ensure loyalty to the regime. Potential candidates must be male Shiite clerics and are evaluated based on: - Deep knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) - Political and social insight - Administrative capability - Piety, courage and other qualities The Assembly holds an internal vote on who should become the next Supreme Leader, picking the new leader through a simple majority. The selected individual becomes Supreme Leader for life (unless removed by the Assembly for incapacity or other reasons).
