@USPSHelp I have two redelivery request confirmation numbers, a service request number and have been calling the Brentwood DC office and yet no one can tell me where my package is after a week! If it’s lost I want my money back ASAP and better service in the NE neighborhoods

@wmata where is the x2? I’ve been at h and 11th since 10:30 and 3 buses should have come. There are no alerts on the app or your website.

@Uber_Support I was picked up in an Uber pool at 10:12 pm and my destination is 14.2 miles away yet I’m not scheduled to get home until 11:35! Over an hour and 15 min to get home. What is wrong with your software??

First time doing #dinerenblancdc and extremely disappointed. Poor location, poor organization, and a waste of time and money. The only saving grace is that it was gorgeous weather. First time and only time, not worth the hassle.

@Uber_Support do you NOT instruct your drivers to call their passengers if they can't find them? My driver just cancelled and I was charged a fee for not being at the pickup location. But I was because I saw my driver drive right past me. He clearly was just further up the block

@wmata on the X1 at 8 and h ne and the driver just got off bus w/o saying anything to take smoke break. Been sitting here for 6 min

@Metrobusinfo the X1 line absolutely does not follow any schedule bc I spend more time waiting for it than actually being on it.
