AimPoint is the dumbest thing I've ever f****** seen, I've been a scratch golfer since I was 16 years old, and I caddy for multiple kind of people. You either know how to read greens or you don't, but if you look at a putt from both sides of the hole you should be able to figure out where you're aiming.

@BrianFulch @MidwestGolfJake You can red stake the green side while keeping the tee side yellow. That way if a player is going from the bunker into the water they're not being punished with both a penalty shot and a shot twice - 3 times the distance.

@Top100Rick Also Rick. This is more a hybrid Aimpoint that the player has added in. Aimpoint doesn’t teach you to turn around taking reads from different viewpoints. From that length it’s 1/3 & 2/3 then aim.

@GolfweekNichols It's almost like they accept they won't bother competing with MLB and the other thing you mentioned so they don't bother. However, there'll be uncaptured fans who aren't interested in the other stuff and haven't found the LPGA yet.

There aren’t many opportunities for the LPGA to capture new fans. When one of the best players to ever play the game has the chance to do something extraordinary, the tour must abandon whatever else is going on and capitalize. That didn’t happen today. Lydia Ko was 10 under through 15 holes, which means she had to birdie the last three to become only the second player in LPGA history to shoot 59.  The LPGA was not on TV at the time and was not streaming. The tour did nothing to let fans know this was going on. Didn’t post on X. Didn’t send a scoring link or a photo.  I actually tagged the LPGA on X asking for updates! Send someone out to let us know what’s going on! Post videos in the moment from a phone! At the very least alert fans of the moment. There was no lead-up to what could’ve been an historic day on the LPGA. No building of suspense. Why isn’t the LPGA waving its hands saying, “Over here! Look at us!” It’s Opening Day for MLB and March Madness. The LPGA needs something special to break through and Lydia was delivering it! To the tour’s credit, they did send along a Zoom link so a couple of us could get on and ask Lydia questions. Two national reporters and two LPGA staffers asked Ko about her round. With so little media coverage – both on the ground and away –  the LPGA must get better at telling the story in real time to drive an audience. The tour’s first mention of Ko on X came after her round. They posted a scorecard that required a magnifying glass to see that she’d shot 60. Two hours later, there’s one video clip of Ko’s putt missing on the seventh, and that’s it as far as action from the day. No video clips from her presser. @Angry_Staffer Wouldn’t the fact he needed SERE training for this trip be included in the classified nature of the trip?

Mullin is claiming that, as a Congressman, he went on a classified trip in 2016 that required him to go through “specialized training” and SERE (survival, evasion, resistance, escape) school prior to leaving. Classified trips happen, but the SERE claim is utter bullshit.

As a former public defender, I’ve always believed people are more than the worst thing they’ve ever done. I believe in redemption. The man we knew showed up with respect, care, and commitment to protecting others. We’re still learning the full story, but today we mourn a life lost. VAR is saying that despite the deflections it would have been Konate's goal. You could tell this was the case because there was no on-field review. Opta, meanwhile, logged it as a Ugurcan Çakir own goal. Personally, a Konate goal is a big stretch. Should be a goal. #GALLIV
