A record warm March has melted an already abysmal snowpack across the western United States, with impacts clearly visible in satellite imagery. It’s setting the stage for an especially concerning summer season for a region critically dependent on mountain snow. cnn.it/41uKSQg

Sweden's digital ID system hacked, and the data sold on the dark web. Imagine your entire search history being sold to the highest bidder. Oh wait, this is what data brokers do now when you do not protect yourself.

How is it possible for every single country to be warming at a faster rate than all the rest? Yet more proof it's a scam.

Trump demands unconstitutional, warrantless surveillance of all Americans. He wants one standard for himself (no spying) and another for everyone else (spy like crazy). The so-called “reforms” made to FISA 702 in the past are a joke. That’s why he wants a “clean” extension.

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: SUPREME COURT JUST SAVED YOUR INTERNET BILL Ever downloaded or streamed something you probably shouldn’t have? Your internet provider just got some major legal protection - and so did you. Here’s what happened. Sony, Warner, Universal and 50+ music labels sued Cox Communications - one of America’s biggest internet providers - claiming Cox should be held responsible when its customers pirate music. They wanted $1.5 billion. Today, the Supreme Court said absolutely not. All 9 justices agreed. The logic is simple: Cox sells you internet access. What you do with it is on you - not them. Making internet providers responsible for every illegal thing a customer does online would mean cutting off entire households, coffee shops, hospitals and universities just because someone on the network pirated a song. The music industry is furious. Big Tech - Google, Amazon, Microsoft - is celebrating. Why it matters to you: if the labels had won, your internet provider could have been pressured to spy on your activity, throttle your speeds, or cut you off entirely based on accusations alone. No trial. No proof. Today’s ruling says that’s not how America works. Source: Supreme Court

Don't forget that the judge made Afroman pay for half of the lawsuit. Even though he won. Even though they raided his house and caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage. Even after they sued him for exercising his freedom of speech. Even though when someone loses, they typically have to pay their legal fees AND the other party's legal fees. But then, this is what we've come to expect: consequences for us, but none for them. We're working to change that.

@DoctorVive You insult me because you know that regulating CO2 gives you the ability to regulate every action from every person at all times It’s about control and has always been Air is .4% CO2, at .1% the trees die, you know this This is a political means to an end for you, nothing more

@BeeeeNature @BigBrotherWatch People should take this up with their government, not bark at Apple for doing what the government they elected to do actually did. Elections have consequences; votes matter. A business shouldn’t have to take a massive financial hit because the people in that country are dumb

Apple can also say: bye! Everyone throughout history is always hiding behind someone else. It is the companies that want it so don't blame them. I did just my job, don't blame me. It is just the law! It is what you voted for, we just do what we think is best for you as your politician (but a puppet of non democratic powers or a fraud or whatever). I have to, otherwise I lose my job/can't go to school. All true until all say: stop. They can fine one company, make it go bankrupted, ban it; they can't do it with all and companies have a lot of power, sure when they stand up together. If all Apple users say: no! It is stronger than whatever law, if there already truly is one that justifies this kind of thing. If Apple says no, it is already no, sure if others join. If everybody would stop using their mobile phones for ONE day, government is back in its cage the day after. One day no internet? same. A massive strike: no online orders, no online reading, no Social Media....See what happens! Even when you keep (air/train etc) traffic control, just users like you and me (although I've no phone).

🚨NEWS: UK iPhone users must now prove their age or lose full internet access "It is absolutely outrageous that, overnight, Apple has put a chokehold on Britons' freedom to search the internet, access information and use apps unless they provide sensitive ID documents. This means 35 million Brits who have paid hundreds or even thousands of pounds for Apple tech suddenly now have a child's device unless they comply with invasive demands for personal information that go far beyond what UK law requires. Apple has crossed the Rubicon with this software update which is more like ransomware, holding customers hostage to ID demands that are invasive, exclusionary and unnecessary. Children's online safety is vital but requires better parental controls and thoughtful tech responsibility - not sweeping, draconian, shock demands by foreign companies for all of our IDs and credit cards." - Silkie Carlo [@silkiecarlo]

New Zealand is on track to run out of fuel in about three weeks. First world country btw. No fuel reserves. Refineries closed down under Jacinda Ardern. Deep sea oil exploration banned under Jacinda Ardern. Jacinda Ardern and covid lockdowns. Jacinda and covid.

"Fauci wasn’t merely wrong about key aspects of his supposed field of expertise — from the effectiveness of masks to those completely arbitrary and nonscientific social distancing rules. It also seems clear that he outright lied about many things, including the extent to which the U.S. was funding gain-of-function virus research in the Chinese city where the first COVID cases were identified." thehill.com/opinion/techno…

Dennis Prager said it was very distressing to hear @TuckerCarlson say his only loyalty was to America. Why in the world would that be distressing? Are we all required to have loyalty pledges to foreign countries? Nicaragua? Tajikistan? Let me guess, you demand loyalty to Israel.
