Idea was to change wingbacks every 15/20 mins. Still proved a bit too much for WBs physically and tactically. They did score some lovely back post goals though!

I believe that you base your formation on your group, but you have a favourite formation, mines 4-3-3. But, I'm starting to move over to the dark side of 3-5-2! You need the players to play WB, if you do, it's a game changer. #SundayShare community, what's your go to formation?

@coach_kevin_m @power_ray @Coach_Osku @RJPcoach @cutinside @tactica1thinker We hear a lot of adult language and detail being pushed onto kids who aren’t ready for it. If it’s not at their level it just becomes noise. I had a U7 game the other week and a coach had a flip folder showing subs where to go on set pieces 🙈

This is what will happen with De Zerbi. He will keep Tottenham up. No doubt. He will start off next season well. Tottenham will be in title contention territory by November. Then the players will get exhausted, fatigued, injuries will start to pile up, and De Zerbi will have to play Tottenham’s B Team. He doesn’t adapt his game plan, Tottenham collapse and head towards 5th. January comes, Lange doesn’t give De Zerbi any backing and signs an U21 player from Norway. De Zerbi resigns in summer due to a lack of support. Tottenham finish 8th.

@talentspotter23 @Kish_P14 Professional coaches in academies should be paid and volunteer coaches in grassroots should get much more support. For a start don’t charge the thousands when they try and develop and get their badges

If England win the World Cup I really hope there’s some sort of movement by the FA for grassroots coaches in this country to be pushed to be paid higher salaries and are given more funding. They really are some of the best role models in our community.

@Coach_Temisan We need different pathways for people wanting to coach for a living for whom cost is an investment (less than uni degree) and those who want to be best they can as a volunteer. Grassroots depends on volunteers. FA should encourage those who want to better themselves as coaches

Great player. Great video. Many will yearn for players like this. Ultimately the absence of it isn’t due to a lack of attackers who can do it but because opposition don’t let them.

@Coach_Temisan See lots of clubs and pay to play ‘academies’ advertising themselves as having ‘FA licence’ or ‘UEFA licence’ coaches. FA licence is just minimum requirement right?

More and more, I am seeing a concerning trend. On the surface, it might seem harmless. But let’s talk about it openly here. It's the usage on profiles that I'm a "UEFA Licence Coach." Why? Because what does that really mean?
