@JamesMelville Not forgetting the remaining debt previously being cancelled after 25 years pre-2012. This has now been hiked to 40 years for those starting in August 2023 or later.

The student loan scam. This is absolutely insane. Just look at the recent enormous jump in interest on student loans. Interest on loans is more than the repayments for many students. They will be saddled with enormous debts (and high interest) for years.

Just back from Abu Dhabi.. I would recommend never flying with @etihad direct and instead, flying with Emirates to Dubai and then getting a transfer. Rude staff, dirty facilities, dated cabin, cramped seats and basic food on board. Probably the worst airline I have been on.
