LEWIS HAMILTON UTILISE DES DISQUES DE FREIN PRODUITS PAR CARBON INDUSTRIES, le même fabricant qu'il a utilisé pendant des années chez Mercedes et qu'il avait abandonné lors de son passage chez Ferrari. Discrètement et après des essais de pré-saison à Bahreïn, Hamilton a réussi à convaincre son équipe de modifier le système de freinage de sa voiture, s'écartant officieusement de la stratégie adoptée lors du Grand Prix du Japon à Suzuka. Il est important de noter, cependant, que le reste du système de freinage, y compris celui de la voiture n° 44, reste signé Brembo. Or, c'est précisément le système de freinage à disques auquel Charles Leclerc faisait référence après le Grand Prix de Monaco et que, selon AutoRacer, il pourrait également essayer dans les semaines à venir pour retrouver des sensations qu'il semble avoir perdues ! #F1

so basically, the whole situation is: - charles' full brake system are supplied by brembo - lewis' brake discs are supplied by carbon industries, the rest is supplied by brembo - charles will now SWITCH the brake discs to CI, instead of the brembo ones this explains the brembo statement now lmao
