the easy part is putting food in the instant pot or air fryer.
the hard part is knowing what's in the pantry and spice cabinet, using the meat and produce in the correct timeframe (are those onions from 2 weeks ago still fine? are we out of garlic?)
and thinking of the dinner.

@clhubes I went through airport security with my jumper (sweater) tied round my waist. The security guy clearly must have asked me to remove it before going through the scanner but all I heard was “jump” and so, in front of a long queue of onlookers, I jumped for him. No hesitation.

My step mother used to poison me regularly with my allergen. This is something lots of people who have allergies have to deal with. If it’s not your carers it’s the staff at every place you try to go. It’s your one weird aunt who’s tryna prove something at the fam get together

@chronicallybeee There’s also a huge population of people with EDS who have had POTS for decades (like myself) just to be gaslit and made fun of the whole time for seeming sensitive and hysteircal, dysautonomia and ableism have been around for a VERY long time, more than people seem to realize

@chronicallybeee I was watching my one favorite reality show: Alone (a survival show) and every single person was talking about health problems, stroke, heart problems, brain fog, high blood pressure. It was so noticeably different from former seasons. Filmed in 2023.

@chronicallybeee I learned back when my POTS surged that it can be kicked up by a bad virus. My surge happened after I had H1N1. Plus side is people know what pots is now, down side is more people have to struggle with this.
