@palen_matt @Segarspr @OchsnerCardio Yes we used the grid for both sinus rhythm mapping and mapping in tachycardia. We did map some with the ablation catheter in the RAA. Agree, Liveview is a great feature!

@OchsnerEP @EPeeps_Bot @OchsnerCardio Kinda crazy to think, but atriopulmomary Fontan flutters are some of my favorite cases…no baffle puncture, no conduit puncture, just an enormous swath of potential arrhythmic substrate to be evaluated and tidied up.

Multiple tachycardias in Classic Fontan pt @OchsnerCardio. Top- CW atriotomy loop with low lat delay anteriorly. Bottom- delayed area in tach #1 becomes critical isthmus for tach #2. Both blocked with atriotomy to IVC lesion set. #CardioTwitter #EPeeps #ACHD #HDGrid #EPfellows
