@USCISDirector @USCIS Ms.Jaddou, I submitted everything including medicals in Oct’20 and USCIS didn’t take action for 2+ years inspite of my case being current and sent RFE to redo medicals. I shelled another few thousands for their inefficiency and disorderly work, hoping now they won’t sleep on it.

@USCISDirector Ms.Jaddou, your office is penalizing me for their inefficiency. I submitted everything including medicals in Oct’20 and USCIS didn’t take action for 2+ years and now sending me RFE to do medicals again causing financial burden. Request your intervention on such unfair practice

@USCISDirector USCIS processing has been chaotic and unfair. My date is current since 2.5 years, all docs submitted, and case remains pending. PD 2010, 12+ years in queue and frustrating part is cases filled after me got approved long back, & congress liaison offering std response

@ATT frustrating experience overall. I have been internet customer for years now and decided to add a line thru an offer which said i will save 25% on new line monthly cost. It’s been months & umpteen hours spent with customercare and still paying full and trapped in contract!!

@USCIS @USCIS It’s heartbreaking to see adhoc way of EB 485 processing. My derivative with PD of March2010, filling date of Oct’20 is still pending at MiamiFO and USCIS is approving 2022 apps. There is no RFE/medicals pending, its outside processing time and yet no support from USCIS!!

When I-485 applicants file Forms I-765 and I-131 at the same time, we often adjudicate the I-765 first. If approved, we issue an Employment Authorization Document without any notation about the advanced parole application. We will then adjudicate the Form I-131 separately.
