@UncleJessy4Real @OctoEverywhere @Elegoo_Official It's all well and good until you have an issue and then you can't get them to respond to ANY of their contact methods. They incorrectly took £95 from me and will NOT respond to my request for it back so have had to issue a Chargeback. Very disappointed with the Customer Service.

Making some Christmas trees. I was surprised yesterday when it said it would take a couple of days when I sliced it in @CrealityCloud but so far, so good!

@Bryces3dprints We have a tiny team! We decided we could dedicate our resources to making a rock-solid remote access & AI system and let OctoPrint, Moonraker, Fluidd, and the 3rd party apps do the UI work. Almost every OctoPrint and Klipper app supports our remote access.

I only have one complaint about @OctoEverywhere : they don’t have an app for iOS yet! The web interface on Apple is really easy to use (and this is coming from a guy who prefers Android) and I think a native app would be so good.

Can you imagine what it would be like if all companies had service like this?! 🤩 Post the issue with a social tag and boom, problem fixed! 🤣
