One of the changes we must have is change of leadership in parliament. Parliament ought to be an independent arm of government but sadly it has been turned into a rubber stamp of the executive. If the executive had not captured parliament, the youths who have been killed would have been alive today. This problem of executive capture of parliament must be fixed and that begins by changing the leadership in both houses.
