Nurses aren’t neurosurgeons, and this one is wrong. A patient with a traumatic brain injury does not blow a pupil BEFORE losing consciousness. That fighter might have an optic nerve injury, but he doesn’t have a traumatic intracranial hemorrhage.

Who told Minister of State Defense to try to bribe the Secretary-General of the UN-WCD? Bello Matawalle don market. You don’t know who this woman is? Her name is Kimberly Daniels. She is the chairperson of the UN-WCD. She was the person that sent the report on Christian Genocide in Nigeria to Marco Rubio on behalf of her organization, the United World Congress of Diplomats (UNWCD). This woman is unhinged, & she doesn’t back down from a fight, a good fight. On top of that, she is highly, hughly religious. She calls herself a ‘Demon Buster.’ She makes a splash of it on LIVE videos for her plenty of fans & haters. She alleged that Bello is in bed with terrorists as one of their sponsors. She called Matawalle a ‘crook,’ & advised Bola Tinubu to let him go. She is of House District 14. She represents the Jacksonville City Council. They are the ruling house of lawmakers that governs the entire city of Jacksonville Florida & Duval County. She is a Rep in the Florida House of Reps, the equivalent of a State Assembly in Nigeria. She is not going to remove her hands from his oesophagus. And if Bello knows what’s good for him, he should be on his knees begging. I thought that Bola Tinubu had let Bello go? He has plenty of dead weight in his cabinet. This woman will continue to make a splash of this. She alleged that Bello actually tried to run propaganda against her & her organization of five-member countries. She alleged that he tried to curry favor with the bribe money, & deflect the narrative of the UN-WCD report. Why did you have to make a promotional flyer to try & change the narrative? You think that America is Nigeria with hungry banger boys?

The Attack on the GUO Bus Along Benin–Ore Expressway: Condemnable. I received the devastating report of a violent attack on a GUO transport bus travelling along the Benin–Ore Expressway, where armed kidnappers reportedly ambushed the vehicle, killed the driver, and abducted all passengers into a nearby bush. Sadly, this has become an increasingly distressing and recurring story. This is yet another heartbreaking reminder of the worsening insecurity on our highways and across the nation. No society can truly thrive under such conditions of fear and uncertainty. The impact of this crisis now cuts across all sectors of national life and development. Small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) are being severely affected. Transporters are losing passengers, while traders and business owners are losing customers who can no longer travel safely to access goods and services. Economic activity is being quietly strangled by insecurity. We must urgently confront this situation and take decisive steps to improve security across the country, especially for ordinary Nigerians who cannot afford the option of air travel. We must rethink and strengthen our national security architecture. The protection of lives and property must remain the foremost responsibility of the state. Anything less is unacceptable. May God protect our people and grant comfort to the families of those affected. -PO

So my dear Nurses about Urine output measurement as I promised, cos na one of our procedure Dey reign now, what is this procedure really about? Urine output is one of the simplest but most powerful clinical indicators we monitor. Dismissing it only shows a poor understanding of how quickly patients can deteriorate. Why urine output is measured: 1. It tells us if the kidneys are being perfused The kidneys need adequate blood flow to function. If urine output drops, it may mean: •Shock •Dehydration •Hemorrhage •Heart failure •Sepsis •Low blood pressure Sometimes the kidneys are the first organ to signal trouble. 2. It helps detect Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) early Reduced urine output can be an early sign of kidney injury before lab values would even worsen. Catching it early can prevent dialysis, permanent damage, or death. 3. It guides fluid management Too little urine may mean the patient needs fluids. Too much may mean fluid overload is resolving, diabetes insipidus, osmotic diuresis, or medication effects. In ICU and post-op care, fluid balance can decide outcomes. 4. It shows response to treatment If a patient in shock gets fluids/vasopressors and urine output improves, it suggests perfusion is improving.
