The Constitution is clear. Since 2010, sovereign power belongs to the PEOPLE, not the President, not Parliament, not any foreign government. #ReKe #PeoplesPower

When the Kenyan police were posted nationwide to provide security to peaceful protesters to exercise their democratic right rejecting the proposed 2024/2025 Finance Bill, many police offices with criminal minds took advantage of the situation and devised schemes to cause harm and frustrate fellow Kenyans. Posing as police officers, the bad elements who were also well-organized earmarked several Kenyans including children, and students, killing them and massively injuring them to the detriment of innocent lives. As a criminal agency, it squarely falls within the mandate of the DCI to investigate and bring to book any persons involved in such outright police criminality and brutality, which not only robbed numerous Kenyans their lives, but also worked towards compromising an otherwise crucial constitutional right. In that regard, the DCI’s Imaging and Acoustic Unit domiciled at the National Forensic Laboratory has since retrieved numerous CCTV footages that captured identifiable police officers, whose felonious acts isolates them from the few that stuck to their course. Whereas none has already been arrested and arraigned in various courts today, more are still out there on the streets waiting for other opportune times to strike again, causing more damage and risking and killing the lives of innocent citizens caught up in the course of quelling the crimes. As the police, We can flush them from amongst our numbers because they do not share the principles that define what we stand for, and more so for the sake of those who did not deserve to lose their only means of livelihood and lives in this manner. But we will not flush them out because we are police officers that do not obey the law and the constitution of Kenya.

Mama I made it! I occupied Parliament Remember the #occupyParliament demonstrations? But tell daddy I’m sorry I won’t come home tonight Not because I’m spending at a friends’. No! Not because I’m among the injured. No! Nor because I was abducted as they have to most of us. That would have been better I’m in a cold dark place called the morgue Mama I know daddy will be angry why I wore his shoes I had to, I know they are bigger but I had to Otherwise no one could have. I know he will complain that I have read too much political novels Please don’t let him blame Animal Farm, Don’t let him blame Kidagaa Kimemwozea, Don’t let him blame Tumbo Lisiloshiba, Don’t let him blame Kifo Kisimani, Don’t let him blame Mstahiki Meya, Or Parliament of Owls They can’t be blamed. I did it for Our country. They hailed us for being fearless Mama! They called it an historic moment; actually unprecedented. Did you watch the news? All over the country thousands of us matched forward, wearing mostly black, chanting slogans and singing revolutionary songs. They call us GenZ Mama. Some Mpigs say we have watched too much Netflix and we eat KFC. Sorry for the spelling mistakes Mama, I meant MPs. Did you see how we sang ‘Kudade’ with Mc Gogo? Did you see how Juliani turned up and we sang ‘Utawala’? That song you call ‘Nikoo njaa siwezi karanga’? Did you hear us sing ‘Tujiangalie’by Sauti Sol? Have you seen King Kaka’s ‘ Wanataka Kutumaliza’? Did you see how Mulamwah gave us Tea and Mandazi? Have you seen all the comedians, Content creators and influencers? I told you it will be Big Mama! We matched forward Mama Slowly and peacefully Like you told me We said we were peaceful They rattled us with teargas and water canons Mama We coughed, cried and chocked to the smoke but still matched on We matched amidst the sting of that pink water they sprayed on us with those beastly vehicles But nothing was more painful than hearing them pass that draconian punitive Bill Mama. Remember how you used to forcefully give us porridge by locking us between your legs, pinching our noses then pouring a tone of porridge in our forcibly opened mouth? Leaving us with two choices; swallowing or choking to death? That’s what they did to us yesterday Mama But unlike in the past, today’s child chose the latter; death! We approached the parliament as promised. We eventually occupied Parliament Mama Albeit briefly. The wall gave in and we entered. I’m sorry I did not taste the rice As some did Mama All I tasted was the bullets Mama They sprayed me with bullets Mama, That’s why i won’t come home. My battle is over Mama But not the revolutionary war.

For the last three months, Raila Odinga has been using matatu from his home to town and back to understand the struggles of Kenyans but he has not been disturbing us with pictures the way Rigathi Gachagua does when he walks two steps from the parking to his office. This leaked video and picture of Raila going to town today using a matatu is just an example of what usually happens every day. Don't be surprised if Kenya Kwanza copies him.

@chowpatyke @ChowpatyL you've outdone yourself one more time. Excellent service 👌. Same portion size and presentation if not better, as compared to eating at the restaurant. Thank you.

They may seem insignificant to most of us, but we should care to protect them. Putting up signage to alert road users of their existence and ask for caution to protect this part of the ecosystem could be a good step in the right direction. #ProtectTheMonkeys

It is sad as it is disheartening to see the insensitivity to the ecosystem along the Karura forest stretch along Kiambu road as human beings safe in their motorized boxes hit and kill beautiful and harmless monkeys each and every day. @kwskenya @FriendsofKarura @Environment_Ke

@gichuru_ People moved away from such things. Broad daylight robbery you can call it. Invest in a good internet link, ... doesn't have to be expensive....and enjoy variety like you've never known before. DSTv has nothing.

Men, Do not team up with your woman to trash your parents or insult your siblings. If she doesn't like your people, abandon her immediately or she will dump you once she isolates you from your people. SHE IS NOT YOUR RELATIVE. #MasculinitySaturday

If you are FAT, you are FAT. No amount of 'body positivity' bulshit will sanitize FATNESS. Obesity is a sickness with metabolic, hormonal and mental consequences. Look in the mirror and get hard on yourself. You were not born fat. Go hard! #BetterTogether

Three kinds of simple sugars 1. Glucose. 2. Lactose. 3. Fructose. Fructose is the culprit behind metabolic syndrome. It is ONLY metabolized in the liver and stored as fats (triglycerides) It doesn't matter the source or the form. Cut it off. #FoodFriday

Hello, @DrNealBarnard, I recently switched to a vegan diet and got myself some Vitamin B12 supplements. I heard you mention we need about 2.4mcg a day but mine offers 150mcg per daily tablet. Should I only take 1tablet in 62days? What do you think? Thank you

They are not "sleeping." The Kenyan youth has been DELIBERATELY dehumanized, degraded, suppressed, exploited, pauperized, divided and weakened so that the despots and conmen can use them to perpetuate impunity. It's our duty to help liberate them by AFFIRMING their humanity.
Mohammed Osman@muhamumi

My general our youths are sleeping 😴 but are very active on Twitter. How I wish they will wake up and demand for despot Uhuru to leave office immediately. Our economy is dying every day while they are busy #bbinonesense rise up brothers and sisters. #DespotsMustFall
