Why are we STILL having the convo of "video games are a male hobby" in 2026? Women have been in the space for the same time as guys. Other than 3 games in the 90s nothing directly is marketed to only to men. Depending on study, Women do make up 50 % of gamers too. So why?

@hard8_times Also... you seem to think that Microsoft doesnt track what games are played on Gamepass when calculating a games sucess and that devs dont get paid for their games played on Gamepass. Both of these are false and, frankly, silly assumptions.

GamepASS has to go. Xbox is not popular enough for GamepASS to work. There aren’t enough subscribers and there never will be. Selling games is the only way their studios are going to survive, especially smaller studios with smaller games.

This might be very painful to hear but one day we'll only have live service games to play. Gamers say they want more single player narrative driven experiences but they don't buy them. Casual gamers are ruining it for everyone.

@RinoTheBouncer Bluepoint, while I loved them, are absolutely victims of their own mistakes. They rode on the assumption they'd get Bloodborne to remake and failed to secure another IP when that fell through.

Can’t believe we’re losing both of those studios this generation…🚀 Both of them fell into the wrong hands and they paid the price for mistakes they didn’t make🤬
