@BeardyBrandon I will give you a real life example (mine). My agent handled all contractor management for upgrades/repairs. Insured it was quality work and handled all staging , photos and drone shots. It was a literal: all I had to do was pack and leave.

Real estate agents are almost over. Not 100% of them, but 90% are out of work in the next 2 years. Anyone who says “yah, but agents do more than move paper and advise, they help people with emotions!” Yah… so does ChatGPT, better and for free. Buy rentals, agents. And learn AI.

THEM: One of you should quit your job so you aren't handing your kids off to strangers each day. ME: They're not strangers, they're professionals. And we'd have even less money if one of us stayed at home with the kids. THEM: It shouldn't be about money, it should be about bonding with your kids. ME: Kids need bonding with more than just their parents. Their daycare teachers and other kids at daycare are some of their best friends, and they're excited to go each day. THEM: You're letting them get indoctrinated by today's education system and propaganda. ME: They're literally learning colors, the ABCs, and how to count to 10. THEM: Some parents just don't want to be parents! ME: *stops arguing with a wall*
