CAMH has launched a free #SuicidePrevention mobile app called Hope. It provides tools and crisis resources to support and guide individuals who are experiencing thoughts of suicide. I downloaded and navigated through it, fairly user friendly. Thanks @CZV416 for sharing. #CAMH
