If you haven’t watched Ronaldinho’s documentary, please watch. It’s been out for weeks. One of the craziest part about Ronaldinho’s career was that his first game had 105,000 people (some reports say 85k), and the game started at 12:05am, on a midweek, it’s pure madness. Firstly, he almost signed for Manchester United after he left PSG😭, Barcelona wasn’t attractive that time because they were going through a difficult period, Madrid signed Beckham after Barca wanted him, Madrid had the superstars, but Ronaldinho’s brother quickly called him not to sign for United, that he has found a place, the city, the beach, the lifestyle, similar to Brazil, plus many Brazilian legends had played at the club or the league. Y’all also know Brazilians love the lifestyle and England doesn’t give that, they want somewhere that feels like home, hence, you barely see those top Brazilian players in England. Joan Laporta was about 40 years old and Barca president, they also tried to present Ronaldinho with a project, not that convincing but his heart wanted to play for Barcelona. Media went crazy, they couldn’t believe Barcelona could pull that off. First game for Barcelona, the league wanted us to play on Wednesday, but we wanted to play on Tuesday so Ronaldinho can make his debut and go to Brazil camp. Laporta told the league that, okay, if you want us to play on Wednesday, we will choose the time, they agreed. Laporta chose 12:05am on Wednesday bro😂😂😂 Ronaldinho said he did not believe the stadium would be full because it’s midnight, doesn’t make sense, brethren about 100,000 people turned up, and then he scored that famous goal also. Bro took Barcelona from the trenches, but as usual, football is brutal, once he stopped winning, they wanted him out, Pep also wanted a new era…Pep is also crazy mehn, even as a coach without a resume, he was fearless, imagine wanting Ronaldinho, Deco and Eto’o out on your first season as a first team manager😭 Anyways, please watch that Ronaldinho’s documentary if you haven’t. It’s top, the story telling, the return to Brazil, the funny Flamengo story😅

Police officers stopped the public car i entered. There were two guys and a girl in the back seat. I was the only one at the front. They told all of us to get down and searched our bags. They found nothing on all of us, just our phones, money, and maybe lipglosses and powerbanks. They asked the other girl what she did for a living, she said she's a student. They asked me too, and I gave the same answer. They asked the guys, they said 'students' too. The policemen went further to ask for their id cards. Those guys didn't have it. Next, they said the guys would go with them to the station. They left the other girl and I alone and faced the guys. They didn't ask for our own id cards, afterall we all claimed to be students. We pleaded, and all. But they insisted that the guys must go with them. We had no choice but to continue our own journey. I just pray they are safe and not extorted.

No devices. Nothing that can track or identify you. I’ll make sure of that myself. I’ll dress you like any regular, respectful Nigerian. Then we’ll drive straight to that particular spot. If your officers don’t stop us, search us, and try to pressure or rough us up for money like their daily routine, I’ll spend the rest of the year publicly praising the Nigeria Police Force. But if they do exactly what people complain about every day, then we stop pretending this is just “bad perception” and call it what it is... A normal behavior that has been allowed to grow.

They bought End of discussion then, then discussion continues, Big daddy, convertibles and so on. Yahoo boys house back then, nah Gen dem dey use build am, once you see any house they are working at night, you just know its them. Where are they today ? A good number are dead, many are useless on the streets, the money grew wings and flew away for most. It’s a cycle, benefit boys did worse, they are sending applications up and down now. Focus on where you are going, it is the blessing of God that makes one rich and he adds no pain to it.
