I had overwhelming union support including support of the Laborers , who represent the Haverhill highway workers and the Merrimack Valley Central Labor Council. But in my business have to always do what’s right, knowing in advance not everyone is going to love you.

@MayorGalvin Keep up the good work! Your offer of a 10% pay raise is more than fair. Keep standing with the hard working people of Woburn, the ones paying the bills, the ones struggling to find child care in this illegal strike.

@Ogcody @MayorGalvin I had overwhelming union support in the last election, including the Merrimack Valley Central Labor Council consisting of 19,000 union members throughout the Merrimack Valley, including many teachers. I’m not anti union or anti teacher. I’m anti-illegal strikes.

@Ogcody @MayorGalvin Typical. Todays teacher’s unions demand 100% agreement on all issues or they resort to personal attacks to silence disagreement. I stand by what I said. A 10% pay raise offer is fair. The illegal strike should end and teachers should return to the classroom.
