@Eric_Erins Bring the Windmill back to Lincoln Park! Years after neighbors forced its move, I realized out that the owner could have safeguarded the sculpture merely by connecting it to a ham radio under § 97.15 of Title 47, Chapter I, Sub-Chapter D. I feel like I let us all down. 😞
