@boltapp I have been trying to get in contact with a customer support agent for about 45 minutes and no one is contacting me back. We have had five drivers cancel on us and have missed our reservations completely because of you.

@JFKairport why do you have ONE customs agent working when you KNOW you have multiple flights coming in from Europe right now? The customs line is absurd and my wife’s flight was already delayed an hour and now she’s been waiting in line for almost an hour

And my wife JUST GOT IN on a separate AA flight that was not facilitated by anyone with a but with a kind and empathetic gate agent for British Air in Budapest. And guess what… over an hour and a half delay and I’m sure no compensation for this either. What a JOKE @AmericanAir

Surprise surprise @AmericanAir was no help at all and made the process infinitely more confusing and unnecessary with nonsense red tape! Unhelpful and falsely vocal about wanting to help. They did NOTHING to remedy this situation… AGAIN

@AmericanAir now I have to shell out an additional $200 for a room and another $150 for a house sitter… OR pay $300 for another rushed flight with an airline that might actually help. And I can’t contact ANYONE at American to get a refund!! WTF

@AmericanAir You cancelled and rescheduled my fight to a later date with no accommodations, and then I waited for 4 hours for a customer service call back and the after an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes on hold was immediately hung up on when someone answered! I need help now!Do better!
