The funny thing is people equate that kind of parenting to lack of love! Which is crazy to me! My parents loved me enough to let me figure stuff out, you don't realize the more you solve their issues the more they are actually helpless! And helpless individuals get absolutely wrecked by life! There's this modern notion purveyed in educational institutions that historically women had no power, no say, no rights! I would argue that you had all the best of all of them! You had power over powerful men You didn't have to say anything You had the right to not be a tax mule for the ruling class! You traded alot of great things for the worst of it all. The same struggle people have with physical requirements also tend to manifest in the psychology or spirit, when trying to muster up the courage to change the status quo. On Monday, I will resign from my job as an IT executive. I’ve led a large team for several years. Soon after arriving, I realized the role was not what I expected and the environment was unhealthy. Instead of leaving, I chose to view the situation as a challenge. Over time, I shifted from trying to improve the situation to focusing on supporting my employees as best I could, often at my own expense. Last week, however, I found myself unable to protect them any longer. That moment came when I had to lay off an employee and friend of 25 years, with no involvement in the decision. I lost any sense of purpose. So on Monday, I will walk in and resign. I expect that over the next several months, many more will follow, though I realize the company may not care unless it impacts the bottom line. But my wife and family, my purpose, will care.

There's a reason a primary doctrine of communism is to erase history, demonize heroes of our past, and radicalize children from a very young age, and remove God from society! If left unabated, in just two generations you'll have one hell of a time trying to reverse that perversion of morals and principle! The ones that kept us strong, free, and united! Oiltown

Days off do not exist in farming, there's slower days where the needs of the farm are met, but maintaining a productive working farm does not rest! Society has lost perspective on this as convenience has replaced urgency in most things! Raising living things is the most important thing! Oiltown

When Education becomes institutionalized those who have the privilege of teaching, lose perspective of the role expected of them in educating children! You are not quiet confidant! You are not partner in crime! You are not authority over parent! You are not activist in search of recruits! Teach reading, writing, math and history! That's it, parents handle the rest! Oiltown

Schools need to be reminded that PARENTS have the ultimate authority over their children, if I don’t want my child there that day, THAT IS AN EXCUSED ABSENCE! Because I excused it, I don’t need permission from a doctor, a superintendent, or nobody for that matter. I’ll take them out of that school as quickly as I put them into it. If I want my child to be home, or I feel they need a break, or I want to take them on a trip. You can send their work home for the week. I think what children are learning at home, and outside of the classroom is equally as important as the fundamentals. I’m not going to surrender my children’s youth & their most influential years entirely to a school system! If they can’t accommodate that then so be it, I can teach my children how to read, and write & how to do math myself! The only benefit of a classroom is the interaction with other children & teachers, but as soon as that becomes contrary or in opposition to what I am teaching my children, or desire for them, It’s time for homeschooling! Don’t send me letters about attendance, or anything else for that matter! The school will never determine or dictate my children’s schedule. Because THEY are on MINE!

Modern society got comfortable enough to start disrespecting the people who keep it running. Tradesmen. Farmers. Mechanics. Linemen.
