Being “calorie aware” is a curse. I could never portion my spaghetti this much again.

@shredwithQpid That's not a lot of calories, the real question is why 7 eggs, that's 35g of fat alone, and the spag might have 1tbsp of fat. The spag alone isn't a problem maybe 500 calories. Its the 50g+ of total fat that is the problem, that's over 450 calories. 42g of protein is decent.
