@DeanTTraining This is so real. Started at 201. Lowest was 171. Today I’m 175, still no abs. Staying in a calorie deficit until I have abs. Shit ain’t easy.

The first time you diet down and actually take it the distance (distance = getting to the 10ish to 12ish% body-fat range) you will have to choke down the biggest slice of humble pie you’ve ever seen in your life EVERYONE that’s dieted down to this body-fat level at least once will tell you this “Thought I’d be chiseled at 170…turns out I needed to get to 138” I hear statements just like this one ALL THE TIME Brace for it Accept it when it comes And then build so you don’t have to remain pathetic forever 🤝
Francis Melia@CoachFHM

Another great example. There’s always MORE body fat to take off than you think. You have to experience it to see.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Generalizing an entire gender based on your own hypothetical is stupid. You’d probably understand how ridiculous it sounds if I turned around and said “all men are rapists” in response to a man saying he was horny and went to work out. See how dumb that sounds? Yeah.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 More understandable for you The people that liked the tweet certainly understood as either a joke or a poorly conceived fantasy. Either way, it was understood and probably comical.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 His assumption would at least be more understandable if: 1) the woman actually said she wanted to rape someone, and 2) he didn’t generalize women as a whole. But he did neither.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 So what made me respond was the leap from “woman is horny and went for a run” to “women would rape men like no one has ever raped before.” That conclusion did not come from her post. It came from Fender’s and your own assumptions about what people would do with power.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Read the post again and try and centralize what made you foam in the mouth when you read it I assure you it wasn't any other reason aside from the claim of physical strength disparity between a man and a woman.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 You admitted it yourself, yet you keep circling back to the exact same “she had no choice” argument anyway. There’s no point arguing when your logic keeps contradicting itself in circles.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 We are arguing under the context of this post, and if you want to move from it. Comment under a post with that context But the whole premise of this one is physical strength, You talking about contradictions when you said running equals physical strength.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Your argument has had so many flaws from the start. You’re bizarrely confident she could never physically overpower any man, as if all men are identical in strength and vulnerability. And you keep saying she had “no choice” even after admitting rape is not limited to brute force.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Running doesn't translate to physical strength, but it does correlate with endurance. she can run the whole world but she ain't physically gonna be able to overpower a man. So yeah, she ain't got no choice,so if she had one, I don't know if she would do the right thing.

Ren@RenimRenim·
@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 You said she had “no choice.” But honestly, if she can run 8 miles + 900 ft, do you really think she has zero physical ability to overpower anyone if she truly wanted to? And again, I’ll never get tired of repeating this: even without physical strength, rape is still possible.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 It doesn't naturally progress to sexual violence but it is a means by which sexual violence is perpetrated and anybody that displays tendencies for extreme horniness is liable to fall in to that except if there is self control. We haven't tested that for women, so we can't know.

Ren@RenimRenim·
@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 You keep treating strong sexual desire as if it naturally progresses into sexual violence the moment someone has physical power. You’re forgetting one major thing in between: self-control, which is exactly what this woman demonstrated.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Well, the 8 miles, which is roughly like 12km, isn't hyperbolic imagery. IT actually displays how much vigour can be rendered by extreme horniness. Now, if she weren't a woman but a man and had the ability to forcefully take it from a woman, I would be scared Hope you get now?

Ren@RenimRenim·
@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Again. That sentence is clearly hyperbolic imagery expressing intense arousal, not sexual violence. If your brain automatically connects “intense arousal” to “rape,” that says a lot more about you than it does about her.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Again, she also said that her horniness could make her capable of "removing the hinges off a door."The premise of this post and this rather long disagreement is built off that phrasing. If you exclude it, you're missing the point.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Now you’re the one moving away from the actual point. I never said I’m 100% sure no woman would ever rape if women had greater physical power. My issue is that Fender generalized women as future mass rapists in response to a woman saying she was horny and went for a run. Duh.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Let me put it like this: Who would you consider peaceful? The man that is not capable of violence or the man that is capable of violence but chooses not to be violent? Your position is that even if women have physical capability, they wouldn't, but mine is you can't be 100% sure.

Ren@RenimRenim·
@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 No, we’re not moving away from the context. You said she “doesn’t have a choice,” implying she would rape someone if she had the physical ability to do so. That’s exactly why I pointed out that physical strength isn’t the only way to commit rape.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Now we are moving from context. Of course, there are other ways to rape aside from physical strength, but what we are talking about is physical strength. If you want to go into other branches, I'd advise you to find another post to comment under that fits that context.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Dude, do I really have to list all the things she could do if she actually wanted to rape? Do you really think rape only involves physical strength? She could’ve drugged someone, targeted someone vulnerable, coerced someone, abused authority, or done countless other things.

@RenimRenim @FenderBone6 Did she really have a choice? She isn't physically able to make a man submit to her desires, so there weren't two options to pick from. Men who commit rape or have affairs usually do so because of extreme horniness just like her. But she doesn't have the ability to do like them.

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Everyone can read what she said, so I don’t need to quote the entire post. She was extremely horny and chose to handle it in a healthy way by going for a run. Now answer me, where in that post did she say she wanted to rape anyone?

@OkProsper17 @FenderBone6 Well, kindly point out where she said she wanted to rape anyone in that post then. Your friend Fender was the one who immediately turned “being horny” into a rape fantasy scenario.

@FenderBone6 A woman said she got horny and went for a run. Meanwhile, you immediately imagined women becoming mass rapists if they were stronger. Maybe if more men learned to handle desire without centering violence, they wouldn’t make up the overwhelming majority of rape offenders.

@shredwithQpid That's not a lot of calories, the real question is why 7 eggs, that's 35g of fat alone, and the spag might have 1tbsp of fat. The spag alone isn't a problem maybe 500 calories. Its the 50g+ of total fat that is the problem, that's over 450 calories. 42g of protein is decent.

Whenever women dress indecently, twerk online, smoke, or have their nudes mistakenly leaked online, men will rush to say, “ to born girl, they fear me,” “I pity who will marry this one,” and all sorts of nonsense. But when it comes to femicide, rape, armed robbery, and all the evil abominable things men do, many of you suddenly go silent. How does a lady who twerks online without hurting anyone become worse than a man who harms, steals, or violates women? Society always has energy to police women, but no energy to confront dangerous men.
