You know my battle of tickers, and OPAL did win the last one, I have no connection to the team, so this review is my research not influenced by anyone. ◼️ What is Opal Exchange? Opal DEX is a decentralized perpetual futures exchange focused on true privacy, imagine that trades are hidden not just from the public, but even from the house (no front-running or predatory MEV targeting). Finally something that does what DEX should do: protect you from being tracked! ◻️ Built for fairness in a space where many perps platforms have exploitable visibility issues, and are collecting your data, making money on your time. ◼️ True Fair Launch: Launch as a launch should that means all marketing possibly paid by the stables, without spilling supply to OTC deals, free insiders, or KOLs allocation. Want to grow your project from day 1? Do it this way, and always pay with anything just not the token itself! ◻️ So: - No KOL allocations - No OTC deals No insider advantages... that is the way to go, with a 5/5% tax to fund the development. ◼️ Revenue Share: 100% revenue share to holders, yeah you heard it right! Preserving privacy and making your strategy invisible to front-runners, MEV bots, and other market participants. Don`t tell you me you ain`t impressed. ◻️ The $OPAL token: So what is crazy the market cap is around 2.6m with 1.6m in liquidity, and the chart is really not looking bad in the the current state, due to the thick liquidity. ◼️ 5/5% tax on buys and sells. A little low volume, but anything on $ETH lately has no volume at all... ◻️ The Pros: - Ex employee from coinbase - 0 kol supply given - Privacy narrative - Great community - MEV protection - Protection against manipulation - Transparent liquidation triggers - Fair execution - Fair launch - Solid team communication - Strong anti-dilution stance - 100% revenue share to holders ◼️ The Cons: - Still pre-mainnet (beta phase) - Perps DEX space is competitive - Privacy features must prove themselves in live high-volume conditions ◻️ The Team: This is where the project shines for me, not only the team is fully doxxed, but their history of work, achievements and connections are more than impressive! You have to start your research from the team, they are the heart of why people are bullish on this one. ◼️ What I think? Opal DEX is one of the more promising privacy-perps plays right now, and 100% revenue share in ETH makes it a possible long term good idea, but the Perps DEX space is very competitive, so time and their building will show how will it compete on the market. This is my own research with no team connections so DYOR and NFA.
