@TypeForVictory Just saw too many people treat stock investing the same as all-in on stocks. How many families would be destroyed if they didn't know money management and fully allocated to stocks in the event of 2008?

This is extremely irritating for people who actively allocate/trade their portfolios, or use barbell strategies. My cash allocations have been over 60% at times.

@MingNoMerci @LovelyStuffFC @PolitlcsUK It's not taxing the cash, it's taxing the interest on the cash in a stocks and shares ISA. You can still put your cash in a cash ISA and not get taxed. I wish you people were capable of critical thinking and not knee-jerking every time you see the word tax.

@AvonandsomerRob Tracking hours is stupidity. Public sector should adopt KPI based measures that drives productivity while making sure employees can do it their own way. Purely tracking hours is the most useless thing for knowledge workers

Nigel Farage is right that the public sector have become too comfortable WFH, without proper monitoring, taking a full-time wage for part-time hours. Microsoft Teams data showed full-time employees spending less than 15 hrs at their desks in some cases.

Even if he gets it right, I'll ask a follow-up question: So if you didn't know the answer, where would you find that information? This is what I'm really after. If he answers "I'd ask ChatGPT", that is a red flag for me. If he answers Google, it's OK. But the answer I'm looking for here is "man bash".
