Overall experience with S1 Pro Ola Electric has been excellent have clocked 9k+ km on it with in 2 yrs of purchase !! @OlaElectric @OlaOwnersClub @bhash @PlugInIndia @TeslaClubIN 👉 I was having an issue with boot lock ,rattling from front (it was from long) was planning to get Ather Apex hence eventually have to sell the S1 Pro so wanted to get checked before I can finalise Ather apex (post test drive) !! 👉 Issues :::: 1. Rattling from Front Panels 2. Left side Handle bar grip was broken 3. Usual inspection of brakes Location :::: Patiala,Punjab !! On inspection ::: 👉 Front & Rear brake disc pads were worn out needed to be changed Boot look was sorted ✔️ Rattles were sorted ✔️ 👉 The Ola Service Champion Mr Rahul was really excellent knew what he was doing,sorted my S1 Pro rattling issue which I was literally fed up loved the service done !! Total cost came out to be ::: ₹ 1759 Brake pads were ₹ 420 & ₹ 442 Grip was ₹ 96 👉 One of key features of Ola service is it’s done via app the estimate is sent,owners approves it further,u pay via the app only not to the service centre !! Experience I loved tbh though blocked by Mr Bhavish Aggarwal 👉 It is what it is ,experience on ola S1 pro has been great,barring the HSRP issue haven’t faced any issue till date !! 1n

It doesn't matter whether u like or hate @OlaElectric, they r disrupting the industry like anything. Settling the concern related 2 Battery Life, once for all, with "8 Years Warranty" is a very bold move. Kudos to @bhash & Team👏 #EVChampion ✌️ -Proud owner of @OlaElectric S1 😎

The customer care people are so good they will keep the call without talking for 18 mins i think this is the most worst customer care in the world the executives dont know about the resolving the issue
